Position excellente, très propre, décor en peut sombre et dépassé (moquette) mais fonctionnel. Parfait pour une couple. Dommage pour la machine à laver en panne.

Very nice apartment in a great neighborhood! It was vey close to metro and bus stations. All the major museums and the beautiful Seine river were between 1/2 mile to 1mile away so we could either take the metro or take scenic walks. There are many restaurants and shops literally across the street. e area such as restaurants, grocery stores, etc.The owner was accesible for any concerns and he also provided a binder with information on the apartment as well as the restaurants and shops in the area.

The apartment was great. Excellent location. The separate toilet was very good. The apartment was very comfortable, and had everything you need. We would definitely stay there again if it was available. So close to shops, attractions and the metro.Many thanks

We absolutely loved the apartment,and its position was just fabulous. We had the best 10 days there and look forward to coming back again in the future. Everything was clean and tidy with everything we needed to look after ourselves for the 10 days. The beds were comfortable and very clean. Close to everything you might need, be it metro,food,or sights. An excellent place to stay.

El apartamento tiene una ubicación fantástica en la ciudad de Paris. Posee todo lo necesario para vivir en él muy cómodamente y estaba limpio a nuestra llegada. Es muy luminoso y tranquilo y está muy bien equipado. Así mismo, tiene buenos colchones (incluso el del sofá cama es estupendo y cómodo). Como aspecto negativo destacaría la suciedad de la moqueta, así como la del tapizado de las sillas, con lo que mi sugerencia al respecto sería su renovación, o como mínimo poner unos juegos de cojines lavables en las sillas, lo que permitiría cambiarlos a menudo y que así permanecieran limpios.

Muy buena opción. Muy bien ubicado,confortable y con un equipamiento completísimo. El departamento tiene una linda decoración y estilo muy parisino. Solo un detalle para revisar es que se cortaba el suministro de agua caliente a partir de la tarde.Solo ese detalle,luego todo muy a nuestro gusto. La atención de Monsieur Guillaume también excelente estuvo en el dpto cuando lo contactamos y nos atendió muy amablemente. Muchas gracias por todo.Sin duda los tendremos en cuenta si tenemos la dicha de volver a Paris

Everything looked rather "good used". Carpet on the floor is dirty. Watercoocker and coffee machine could be replaced By some modern and clean ones. Beds are ok , pillows and quilt covers didn't Look clean . Overall we had a pleasant stay

L'appart est très bien situé, à quelques minutes d'une station de métro. On y retrouve également des épiceries et plusieurs restaurants à proximité. L'appart nous a offert tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L'appartement est vraiment extremement calme. Seul inconvénient la vue sur cours avec les voisins.

Great apartment and great location. We were comfortable in the apartment and loved being able to cook meals with the basics from the kitchen and enjoy having a home base that was so cozy. The washing machine had some mold in it. I contacted them about this so that they could fix it for the next guests.

very nice apartment, quiet, in a very good position, next to Centre Pompidou. I would suggest to put some hooks for clothes / jackets in the entrance and in the bathroom for towels I would advise this apartment, good quality / price ratio, perfect location

The brown wall to wall carpeting is depressing I'm afraid, as were the faded, brown, and dingy towels that awaited us upon arrival. The lighting in the apartment made it very dim on overcast days and in the evenings. The dining room table could use a bit of an upgrade. There were a couple of other signs of superficial wear and tear in the apartment. Otherwise it was comfortable and convenient for us. The elevator was closed by order of the Paris fire department toward the end of our stay. This was a challenge since the apartment was on the 5th floor, but I don't see how Ah Paris could be blamed for this.

We enjoyed a very pleasant 5 days in the apartment. Excellent location with metro station close, supermarket on the corner and easy walk to main tourist sites. We caught the metro from the Eurostar station. Easy to work out. Definitely would stay there again. Very impressed with how little street noise there was considering the central location. Lift is small but not unusual for apartments in Paris. Clean apartment/ comfortable bed and 3rd adult slept on sofa bed which was also comfortable.

The apartment was conveniently located and close to bus/metro/RER. It has all the basic equipments to meet our needs during our 4-night stay. Owner was nice and responsive to our requests. Great value and highly recommended.

Space its too small in the bedroom, elevator too small, also the livingroom its the same. But i come in Paris to visit not to stay in the house. Location its very good.

The apt was well equipped & COMFORTABLE. We did not find it as clean as we would have liked. We had to clean the Refrigerator when we arrived. Also we could not find a mop & pail when we wanted to mop the kitchen & bathrooms' floors. Other than that, it was well located quite central. We would rent it again.

L appartamento di trova in un ottima posizione .Si possono raggiungere a piedi sia Notre Dame che il Louvre e non solo. È piccolo ma molto confortevole e dotato di tutto ciò che serve.Suggerirei la dotazione di qualche utensile da cucina in più come una grattugia e uno spremiagrumi ma sono piccoli dettagli.È molto silenzioso nonostante si trovi in un quartiere molto frequentato la notte anche se bisogna considerare che essendoci stati noi in maggio avevamo le finestre chiuse.Da non dimenticare che la palazzina ha l ascensore ed è molto importante quando torni magari la sera stanco x aver camminato x Parigi tutto il giorno.Consiglio a tutti questo appartamento

Carpet in entry needs to be cleaned. Apartment should be stocked when you arrive. 1 roll of toilet paper, no soap for washing machine, I had to purchase, I was reimbursed when I departed. I have been coming to this Apartment for over 10 years, it seems like the quality of the bedding has decreased a lot...

Super Lage, super ruhig, gute Ausstattung. Jeder Zeit wieder.

Very good apartment, at least to our taste. Aside from a good size kitchen and bathroom, It basically has three small rooms: a bedroom, a dining room and a living room. with a sofa that ca be converted into a sofa bed, which would accommodate another two people. The bedroom does not have closets, so we had to put our suitcases in the "living room" but we managed ok. We were only 2 adults, and it was nice to have each our own space when we needed it. The location is unbeatable: right at the border between the animated Beaubourg area and the picturesque small streets of the Marais, and in spite of its proximity to the populated Beaubourg (Pompidou) Centre, the street is incredibly quiet. And within 3-4 minutes of walking you have numerous food stores, restaurants, and the Rambuteau metro station. The apartment has everything you need in it. A little warning (which is in fact listed in the instructions about how to use the apartment, but we didn't read it!): the hot water runs out relatively quickly until it re-heats again, so take short showers, especially if there are several people in the apartment! Special thanks and compliments go to Romain, the person who received us. He is extraordinarily nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. He even came to the apartment an extra time to accommodate us for returning a pair of keys. We definitely recommend the apartment very highly.

We were absolutely delighted with the apartment, both from the point of view of comfort, convenience and quietness, and of its wider location. It was immaculate and was well-equipped, had two very comfortable double beds (the sofa bed being very easy indeed to set up and dismantle), was light (courtesy of being located high in the building and benefiting from light from the inner courtyard), and was warm (ours was a January visit) and well-insulated (so, notwithstanding a Friday evening party in the apartment next door, we both slept reasonably undisturbed). We also hugely appreciated independent access to both the (separate) loo and the bathroom, so that neither of us had to disturb the other at night. The shower (just an overhead shower, over the bath) was also excellent - powerful, constant, and easily adjusted. The only downsides were the discovery that the boiler was programmed to heat the water overnight (to save on electricity), which was noisy for the person sleeping in the bedroom (but as we were out all day and tired at the end of each day, fatigue usually overcame the noise); and the apartment itself was rather austere. A few more prints or pictures to lighten the sombre colours and give a little personality to the place would have countered the sense that the apartment was purely functional and rather unloved. Perhaps that's asking too much. (The first thing we did was buy flowers.) The apartment was perfect for two (we were two female friends), but would be a serious squash for four. Highly recommended. We would return. Absolutely everywhere we wanted to visit was within easy walking distance, and having both the Beaubourg and the Jewish quarter right on the doorstep was a real advantage.

Excellent and calm location, well equipped, there was some issue with a hot water boiller : not enough capacity and noisy during the night.

Like most reviews, the best thing about the apartment is the location. We enjoyed being able to walk outside and being less than a minute from two markets, and 10 minutes away from grand visuals, such as Notre Dame. The apartment itself feels a bit old and cramped. I feel that with $10k or less of renovations, that apartment would be spectacular. The size isn't as much of a problem. It's the outdated and old feel that makes it not feel as pleasing. I'd like to note that I visited from USA and we can be a bit spoiled. My cousin who lives in France (early 30s) visited with her French husband and they both that thought that the apartment was amazing (relatively speaking). They felt the size was great, the condition was good, and the price we paid per night was outstanding! Given all of the information above, I would rate the apartment a 4.1 / 5.

El apartamento merece un 10. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar y vivir en el. Es muy confortable, puesto con buen gusto y muy bien ubicado. Si bien esta previsto para 4 personas, nosotros fuimos 2,y me parece que es número ideal para disfrutar de sus comodidades.

The apartment was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our 6 day stay in Paris. The location in Marais was great and with a metro just a short two blocks away we were able to travel easily throughout the city. We liked the location on a small, quiet side street but close to several main streets with restaurants, grocery store, and department store close by.

Excellent location, basic but functional furniture. It was a little hot in August when we visited but cooled down nicely at night with the windows open. Internet worked well.we have four persons,so we like this place have one bathroom and one toilette. It was the only reasonably priced apartment we could find in a central location with 2 separate sleeping areas.there are very near Centre de Pompidou.

Great location and very quiet despite the lively neighbourhood. The metro staion is a few steps away, as are local groceries and shops, in addition to plenty of restaurants. On our first evening in Paris, we walked for a few minutes and ended up walking to Notre-Dame; we were surprised how close the appartment is to the Seine. We were a family of four (two adults and two teens) and we all slept comfortably. The sofa bed is incredibly comfortable. We would definitely recommend this appartment.

The apartment was small, but still comfortable for our family (2 children). It was nice and clean. The neighborhood was very quite.

Very quiet apartment because it was a side street. Comfortable for our family of 4. Romain met us at the apartment and waited for us despite our delay in coming from the train station. In hindsight, it would have been much easier to have taken a taxi the apartment. But this is not necessary if you are not traveling with young children or do not have much luggage. The owner was very nice to leave a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. We enjoyed having a separate sleeping area from the children. The apartment was clean and welcoming and was perfect for our stay. The washer was great and our the spin speed was high so it did not take long for our clothes to dry on the drying rack. The apartment is small and we had some large suitcases so it was a bit cramped for us to lay them out. But I expected places to be small in Paris. While the info folder did mention a spare set of keys, we were only left with one set. This was not a problem for us but had a wanted to go out shopping on my own while my husband and boys did something else, a spare set would have been nice. Checkout was so easy as we were able to just leave the keys in the apartment and shut the door behind us. Overall, we had a great experience!

That is a lovely apt and just like a sweet home feel very comfortable for my family. The location is very convenient to everywhere. We would like to stay there if for next time stay in Paris.

The apartment was clean and well-equipped for a short break. We were 3, and there was plenty of room - the separate toilet was a huge advantage. Surprisingly quiet given the central location, very handy for the usual sights (Notre Dame etc), and with a good selection of food shops, bars and restaurants within easy reach. Another major plus was having access to good quality speedy wifi. We particularly appreciated the flexibility the owner was able to offer regarding departure and arrival times.

Nos encanto la ubicacion, el departamento tambien nos ha gustado mucho, la unica cosa que nos asusto un poco ha sido el facto del la instalacion de el gaz ser en el dormitorio. El wifi tambien no funciono, pero la internet con cable, si. No mas, todo estaba muy bien arreglado en el depto, habia buenas sabanas, toallas etc, muy bien areglado.

Des prestations très fidèles à ce qui était annoncées, un emplacement idéal pour visiter Paris. Nous avons eu juste un petit problème avec le chauffe-eau qui s'est mis à dégager une mauvaise odeur lors de son remplissage après un bain. Mais cela n'a duré qu'un soir et nous avons préféré les douches.
