The location was amazing and Olivier made himself available if required. The view is enough to make this stay worthwhile. It has all the necessary equipment for a short stay ( even though a dryer would have helped). It may help if pillows were updated but that was a minor thing.

Best place to stay in Paris

The studio was fantastic! Every night you could look out from your bed at Notre Dame - it was an exceptional view. You were able to walk to everything: Shopping; Medieval museum; Louvre; Arab Institute; Zoo; Natural History Museum; Geology Museum; Jardin de Plants; Mosque. Seriously nice location. Was also super nice to have a kitchen and a washing machine. Now, remember this is a city that never sleeps - so bring your earplugs!!

4 night stay in late July. Pros: reasonable price for unbeatable location and views, large space, excellent security, working lift, washing machine, small efficient kitchen. Cons: FAN TOO SMALL, no paper towels or washcloths. Required repairs (may seem small but are major irritants) include: bathroom mirror light, broken freezer door (since 4/17?), water damage below the kitchen window and floor, the entire studio needs a fresh coat of paint ASAP (chipped paint on kitchen wall and ceilings).

La excelente ubicacion NO es todo en lo que hace al confort. Me refiero a que al llegar nos encontramos conas sábanas limpias pero totalmente arrugadas y sólo con 1 toalla de mano y 2 toallones para 2 personas para 5 días de estadía y pagabamos 145 euros por día. El dueño de apartamento debería ser más considerado con el turista.

El apartamento me pareció excelente en todos los aspectos, seguridad, ubicación, limpieza, confort, comunicación con Olivier permanente si hubiera sido necesria La vista de la Catedral de Notre Dame desde sus tres ventanas es maravillosa. La seguridad con dos códigos y una tercera llave ( tres puertas mediante) da una gran confianza. Los ambientes muy amplios, con una linda cocina, y un baño con bañera, toallas y ropa de cama muy limpios y adecuados Dispuesta a volver en cuanto mis ahorros lo permitan

Es realmente como y esta muy bien ubicado, el unico problema es que si hace calor no tiene aire acondicionado, en el caso de querer dormir con las ventanas abiertas se complica por el ruido que entra desde la calle y los barcos que cuando pasan por Notre Dame gritan festejando

The apartment lives up to the title of "room with a view"..we stayed 5 nights and could not be happier with the experience..we used the washing machine and it worked perfectly,the kitchen was well stocked,however the freezer door was broken so had to be careful when opening and closing.it was comfy and homely..the position is unique with everything at your front door and everything within walking distance to the apartment.This was our 3rd visit to paris and this accommodation the best yet,would definitely stay again..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

Pequeño pero cómodo y confortable. Excelente situación y bien comunicado. Magnífica vista y buena iluminación. Necesita pequeñas obras de mantenimiento en baño y cocina, pero nada que impida el uso habitual. Solamente dos incomodidades: El horno microondas tiena la puerta con bisagras en la parte inferior y, por su situación elevada, su uso y su limpieza son incómodos para personas con altura de menos de 175 cm. La cocina no tiene sistema de extracción, y hay que ventilar abriendo ventanas si se generan humos o vapor

The view and location were fantastic and the host being flexible and meeting us the apartment was a great way to start the trip. The unit is as advertised and there is even a book of recommendations and maps that was very handy.

Wonderful apartment, better than we could imagine based on Internet images. Eleven (11) days for our perfect honeymoon. Exceptional location for attractions, shopping and diary buying. We want to comeback and we will recommend the apartment and AH Paris services!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully located, light, pleasant and spacious, very secure and comfortably furnished. We delighted in its ambience, its centrality and its superb views. We thought it good value, and so did not mind some of its quirks. The kitchen was somewhat cramped but gave us all we needed. The washing machine was most welcome, and worked well. However, we were discomfited by the loose seat on the toilet, and by a makeshift wall covering in the corner of the kitchen that led to an accidental breakage. Regardless, if we returned to Paris, we would be very happy to rent the apartment again.

Great location for the price, perfect for two people. You wake up looking out at the towers of Notre Dame . . . Beautiful. Only negative observations was the somewhat rough comforter cover and the mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Neither is a big deal and I would absolutely recommend this lovely flat.

La ubicación es excelente!Lo mejor de Paris. La vista del Seine y Notre Dame es lo que te hace sentir en Paris. Ademas el ingreso al departamento muy seguro, todos los servicios funcionaban bien. Oliver, nuestro contacto fue extremadamente amable y muy buen consejero sobre lugares para realizar las compras necesarias.Recibir las llaves fue un éxito, y no llevo demasiado tiempo. la cama cómoda, el agua caliente, el lavaropas extremadamente útil, igual que el secador de pelo y todos los utensilios de cocina. Las indicaciones fueron utiles. Me gustaria volver ya que la pasamos excelente.

We were very happy at the apartment, the location, the view and the organization of the part,net was great. The kitchen is full equipped and I enjoy to take breakfast, dinner and cook looking Notre Dame. I had a problem with the tank water, but the agency responds very quick and kind, a really good service. There are some things that need to be arranged before it get bad, the ceiling of the bathroom needs some paint, and the towels are not good and enough. Beside some things that need to have maintenance, this was my best experience in Paris, and I'm going to miss have my breakfast seeing Notre Dame. The neighborhood is great.

I stayed at the apartment with my daughter for around a week and was amazing!! We felt very safe all the time we were at the apartment, the localization was superb!! Right in front of Notre Dame Cathedral, the view is simply beautiful...I miss that view! Definetely will stay there again. The apartment itself is great, the shower is strong and really good, there is enough space for two luggages and for your shops! It's near St Germain des Pres, you can do basically everything walking, there are really good cafes and restaurants near by. Definetly worth staying :))

prima appartement op een geweldige locatie. Mooi uitzicht over de Seine en een een goede uitvalsbasis om de rest van het centrum van Parijs te bezoeken.

This is our third time staying in the apt and we will be back. Facilities in the apartment are very adequate but the location and view are what keep bringing us back.

Couldn't be a better location! Kitchen small but adequate with good cooktop and refrigerator and small appliances. I found bed very comfortable. Weekend nights are a bit noisy, but music on computer helped. Clean building. Good elevator. Great bakery around the corner! Easy to come and go on Metro or RER. The busy street was rather fun to watch, especially the parade on 11/11! Great place for a visit to Paris.

Eveything is OK. Location,situation of kitchen-bathroom is very satisfactory. Just bed was terrible. Probably it was broken.

The location itself will justify your decision to stay here. Spectacular view, close to the Latin Quarter, Notre Dame, the island and the Marais not so far away either. Very comfortable, clean and quaint. For two people the space in the apartment is more than satisfactory, and sitting at the wooden table in front of Notre Dame, just having a glass of wine or several in the late afternoon of a gorgeous Autumn day is what makes places like this worthwhile. For light sleepers please note, the apartment does face onto a busy road and in the morning you might find yourself waking due to the traffic. That aside, for all that I've mentioned above, I would fully recommend staying here.

The apartment is in a great location with an outstanding view of Notre Dame Cathedral. The apartment is extremely spacious by Paris standards and is fully stocked for any length of trip. It is probably in need of a little sprucing up, a deep clean and a lick of paint would do wonders, there are signs of dampness in the toilet and a vague damp smell - minor issues though. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city.

Muy satisfecho con el apartamento la ubicación inmejorable todo muy cerca, la vista desde el apartamento exelente.En cuanto al apto. en si todo muy bien cómodo con los elementos necesarios para una estadia confortable. Además me sentí muy congratulado ya que comente que solo hablo español y mandaron al Sr.Roman que habla español para recibirme y darme las indicaciones necesarias. Es la segunda vez que confio en Ah Paris y no me han decepcionado ya lo he comentado con amigos para recomendarlos. Muchas gracias !!

When we walked into the apt we were so excited and happy to see how large and beautiful Norte Dame was right out the window. It is breathtaking. We had breakfast in front of the window every morning. We loved staying there. It was quiet when the windows were closed. The bed was very comfortable, the bathtub was fantastic after walking all day long. I felt very, very safe in the building. The elevator was great for hauling up luggage. The kitchen was fine. Lots of pots and pans. Thank you for the dishwashing soap! Some things that would make it even better: In the bathroom I would've liked more space for putting my toiletries and clothes. I think a hook on the door, and a few shelves on the wall left of the door would do the trick. (perfect for IKEA). English directions for the washing machine would be nice.

This was a fantastic apartment! The bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean and modern, and it had everything I needed. The pictures accurately represent the apartment. BUT, the location is what makes this place amazing. It is literally the closest apartment to Notre Dame on the Left Bank (on Sunday morning, I could hear the famous bells of Notre Dame when I opened my windows). Staying at this apartment, I was able to walk to all of the best neighborhoods (Latin Quarter, Marais, etc.) super quickly but it was also right by the St Michel/Notre Dame metro stop. The apartment is on a slightly busy street with a lot of tour buses going by, but the windows are excellent and once shut, the apartment was very quiet. The apartment was on the third floor, but there was an elevator. The apartment also felt very safe with two locked doors on the first floor and a door with a separate lock to the apartment. The only downside was the bathroom, which didn't have a fan, so things got steamy -- but this wasn't a huge deal. There is a small in-unit laundry machine and a small kitchen, but I didn't use either. The wifi was great and there was a small table to work on. I stayed there in April so I can't speak to how hot/cold the apartment gets in the winter or summer. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Paris. The location is unbeatable for the price.

Great location in Quartier Latin face to Notre Dame, very close to prime sightseeings and to public transportation. On the third floor (with elevator) of a secure, well kept building, spacious, clean and well equipped apartment having three French style windows with magnificent view of the Seine and the cathedral. Recommended to others without any hesitation. Cannot imagine to stay anywhere else when coming back to Paris.

Comodo, muy luminoso. Una vista maravillosa de Notre Dame. Silencioso y tranquilo. Magnifico para recomendar a una pareja. Espectacular la seguridad, con dos controles por códigos de seguridad y otra tercera puerta con cerradura. Eso da, mucha tranquilidad y confianza.

Very central, spacious, a bit noisy, it was high tourist season, July, so the double glazed windows probably need triple glazing! Otherwise great. Very hot,( July) but the small fan helped at night.

It's hard to be objective about this apartment, as its location outshines any other we've had. But we'll try. The apartment was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom quite adequate, with enough shelving. Hanging and storage space was good, towels and linens were clean and fresh.The washing machine and hairdryer were most welcome.The kitchen was sufficiently and tastefully equipped for our needs. We loved the couches, and the decor was most pleasing. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Paris!

This apartment was perfect for our 6 night stay. It had everything we needed such as a comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and the best of views. I spent a lot of time watching life on and by the river and Notre Dame from our windows. Heating was good too, as though the weather was fine, it was quite cold outside. The location could not be better as the RER and several metro stops are close by. Shops, eating options and popular sights are all within easy walking distance. We have rented with Ah Paris three times now, and were very happy with the service provided.
