Short-term vacation apartment rentals at affordable rates!

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, only 6 to 8 minutes walk from the Trocadero. It is 150m away from the rue de la Pompe with all its food stores, and 200m away from the Rue de Passy with its "chic" clothing boutiques such as the Frank et Fils department store. The closest museums (within 500m) are the Museum of Modern Art, the Marine Museum, the Marmottan Museum and of course the Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower (about 10 minutes away by foot).

The apartment has one bedroom, a large living room followed by the dining room. In spring and summer you can have lunch or dinner on the large terrace with plants and a large table. The bedroom overlooks the terrace making it very quiet. The bathroom is simple but functional, and benefits from natural light. There are 2 toilets: a separate one, and one in the bathroom.

The entire apartment is very sunny thanks to the large door-windows. Although the apartment hasn't undergone recent renovation, it is nice for its space and functionality. The furniture are a mix of contemporary pieces and antiques.

The closest metro stations are a 6 to 8 minute walk: Rue de la Pompe and Trocadéro.
