Short-term vacation apartment rentals at affordable rates!

Very comfortable and clean. Pleasant, charming and artistic atmosphere with adequate amenities. One suggestion, however: the building needs to install a second security (key and/or access code) on the interior (lobby) door, since the apartment building's location is near a transportation "hub" and a "porte" in Paris--convenient location but the street outside door provides only minimal feeling of safety (though I personally had no problem with my rented apartment's security). This suggestion is intended for building management/owners, not necessarily responsibility of apartment owner, of course. The apartment itself was fine, no problems. Some noise from occasional sirens near medical centers in neighborhood, but not often and usually distant. Also--(to owner) be sure to keep the two small but well-working fans that are currently inside apartment available as an alternative to the portable air conditioner, since I found the fans just as effective and simpler (no need to keep window open) to use during the heat wave. In general, I was very pleased with this apartment, as well as with the staff there (Josette, the concierge and also Lucia), and also the owner kept in touch and cared about the renter's comfort. Great!.
