We really enjoyed the Flat, and even the agility test of getting into bed made us giggle. The stairs were not a problem for us. It was clean and tidy, with pretty much everything that we required. A couple of comments - the bathroom sink unit could do with upgrading (quite bashed) and the sponge in the sink was well used - suggest a J-cloth changed between each guest. In addition, both being quite small (a blessing for the bed and the toilet space), it did make reaching the glasses hard as the shelf they were on was too high for me! The shower head is a bit random, and maybe needs attention. all do-able!

The apartment is small but for two it's perfect and really cute. The only problem was the 6th floors without elevators, but in general really good. It was clean and good cared.

Lovely neighborhood, beautiful view, we felt like we did not just visit Paris - we lived in Paris for a few days. Highly recommended to couples and young travelers, may be more of a challenge to older visitors - climbing the stairs with luggage may not work for everyone. Walking up and down the stairs every day was a great exercise - definitely ate all the pastry guilt-free! Overall highly recommend this place - we certainly would love to stay here again next time we visit Paris. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

It's in a good location and good value. It's tiny but extremely well laid out - everything's there in a small space. Inevitably it's not for everyone as it's on the 6th floor with no lift and the platform bed has very limited head height, but I knew this before I arrived. I don't think it's suitable for 2 people - for 1 person it's fine.

The only backlash is the loft bed with so little space to the ceiling that I had to take the mattress down to the floor (as was proposed by Tom), another element could be the lack of an elevator but I am fit enough to climb the stairs. Apart from that the situation is very good, there is everything you need and I felt very comfortable.

the apartments are very nice and lowely, have everything you need in the kitchen, and the food too. A great place for 2 people. Beautiful romantic balcony in the Parisian style. a bit uncomfortable that there is no elevator, but the view from the window is great !!! Hot water was always there. The apartment is not hot during the day and it is not cold at night.

The appartment is nice with erverything in it. The bed is very close to the ceiling and so easy suitable for people up to body size 165 cm. Who is not very flexible or with more weight - no good idea. But you can also put the mattress on the ground. Don't forget it is on the last floor.... The area is very nice, modern and I love the atmosphere. And the look out of the Windows. It is 15 min walk from the central station.

L'appartement est un peu petit mais très agréable . Le lit très proche du plafond. Le balcon est la vue est merveilleuse,bien situé,près de la Place de la République et de Canal St.Martin. Très très agréable. Merci beaucoup.

Very compact apartment - but perfect location in a quiet area. Close to a convenience store, several restaurants and a Metro station. We were not able to use the bed due to low clearence to the roof.

Très coquet, très bon emplacement avec des prestations correctes et appropriées pour un court séjour. Petite réserve pour le couchage qui est pas facile d'accès !

Upside: Great location, very clean, well appointed, view of Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur Basilica from the little balcony. Downside: Very, very tiny apartment, sixth-floor walk up, people with very long legs will have some difficulty navigating the toilet.

The apartment had all we needed for a brief stay in Paris - a place to sleep, cook, shower, and store our things. It was quite close to a couple of metro stops, and was also in a pretty interesting neighborhood (including an amazing boulangerie at the corner). Our only complaint was that the loft bed frame was really only useful as a place to store the mattress - there was less than a foot of space, so we pulled the mattress to the floor for sleeping. Also, note that it was on the sixth floor, so only good for folks who are OK taking the stairs.

At first we were not given the right number for the person to meet us so there was a slight delay in getting in but not a big problem and we didn't have to wait too long. The apartment, although small has everything you need. Even storage for the big bags which helped keep things tidy (important in small place). The area is lovely with the canal at one end of the road and an award winning boulangerie at the other, (I recommend the praline escargot!) 2 minute walk to the metro and if you fancy it there is a velib station right outside the building. Just be prepared to walk up 6 flights of stairs, but with the little balcony it provides a nice view and a welcome relief from the hot evenings if you are lucky enough to get weather like we got. My only bug is the bed. It is high up but as told we could, we put the mattress on the floor. Unfortunately the mattress is not very thick foam and after 9 days I was struggling to get comfy and did have bruises. (I don't normally have trouble sleeping). Even if we had it on the bed it wouldn't have been any softer. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

le studio a beaucoup de charme. Le point négatif est bien sur le couchage qui me semble vraiment impossible tel qu'il est conçu. La seule solution consiste à dormir sur le matelas, par terre. Une fois ce point réglé, tout sera parfais. Je n'hésiterais pas à y revenir, même en l'état.

Great for visiting and sightseeing Paris. Small, but quite comfortable. Good localization (near the metro station, that is enough to efficient city moving during sightseeing and airport/railway station transfer). Near are shops and pubs etc. Silent mornings in weekends and work days.

The apartment was small but well equipped. Sleeping arrangements very compact. excellent location in the canal district. Suited us completely. We will be booking again.

Klein maar fijn. Het was schoon en netjes. Fantastische omgeving, niet toeristisch. Veel jonge mensen, leuke horeca, goed geprijsde menu's. Prima uitvalsbasis om Parijs te ontdekken

The mattress gave us both a sore back. We tried sleeping on the bed and with the mattress on the floor. The apartment has everything you need, and the location was fantastic. We had a fantastic time.

The arrangement with the bed is useless unless you are young and deeply in love

The appartement was small but my girldfriend and I loved it. We loved the location and the city. Would obviously do the same on our next trip to Paris.

I think it was well designed, everything was there. I liked the area, the canal, supermarket, the restaurants at site, the romantic view from the window, the canal. The street was quite calm, the next subway not far. Only the bed was too near to the ceiling, also the apartment a little small. My friend had problems with the toilet and the shower. The apartment is not really fit for big or large people.

Un appartement parfait parfait pour une personne! Une vue exceptionelle, un balcon ensoleillé le soir, très calme et bien situé. Comme décrit c'est petit, mais parfaitement arrangé. C'est étonnant qu'on peut faire. Seulement la place entre lit et plafond était trop petit pour moi, mais il y a assez de place sur le sol pour le matelas.

le lit est en hauteur et très proche du plafond : nous avons dû descendre le matelas par terre pour dormir. L'appartement est propre, agréable, mais un peu petit. La situation est géniale, tout près du canal St Martin.

Small but compact including everything needed. Location is perfect, everything is in walking distance and in the area there is lot of eating places, great caffes and food shops.

Muy buena localización, cerca de Place de la République y del Canal Saint Martin. De pequeño tamaño pero con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia en París. La única pega son las escaleras, pero ya estabamos avisados. Todo perfecto y para repetir en nuestra próxima visita a París

It was a nice appartment, which housed everything one could need. The things we found wanting iprovement are the shower, which only was a small ray of water and the matress, which provided low comfort. Once we put the mattress on the floor and put the pillows of the bench beneath it, we were able to sleep better.

Every comment is positive: nice neighborhood, accessorized, very gentle guest and fantastic view! I suggest it!

Before I rented the apartment, I have read all the comments about the apartment . They were true on the sleeping arrangement , so it was not a surprise to me. And it doesn't bother me that much. The location of the apartment is excellent for me as I was able to go to Europe Disney and London via train station.

the appart very very agreeable is small but has everything you need and very clean . the location is fantastic,metro is near,lots of restaurants near,..... The only negative is that there is no elevator and also there is very low clearance between the bed and the ceiling. the apartment is exactly as presented on the website.
