Perfect location, lovely appartment, very clean and modern with everything we needed. Friendly owner too who gave us plenty of useful information.

There is a perfect place for anyone who wants to visit Paris. Very close to the undergrad station, very close to the shop, very close to beautiful restaurants and coffee shops. Flat is very clean and tidy and you have everything what you need. Patrick is very nice and friendly as well. I will recommend to all my friends!

Es exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Mucha luz y buena calefacción en invierno. Está a cinco minutos andando del Sacre Coeur. Nosotros fuimos en coche particular y lo dejamos en un parking cercano ya que en la calle hay control horario. En las tiendas cercanas hay todo lo necesario para pasar varios días. La estación de Metro está muy cerca. Apartamento muy recomendable.

Confortevole e accogliente. Fedele alle presentazioni. Accessoriato in ongi dettaglio (anche phon e ferro da stiro). Letti comodi ed in ottime condizioni. Pulito. Luminoso. Ben riscaldato. Il proprietaro è stato gentile e molto utile per le informazioni. Perfetto per 4 persone. Per la colazione la Brasserie giusta è quella sulla strada del Carrefur (vicinissimo e aperto fino alle 22) a destra direzione metro. L'atmosfera del quartiere al primo impatto intimidisce, siamo usciti solo di giorno e non abbiamo avuto problemi.

Cette appartement est vraiment exelent! Tout le confort necessaire! Des prospectus touristique! Le chauffage ok, il neigeait nous n'avons pas du tout eu froid! Tres pratique! L'accueil absolument parfait, un monsieur tres gentil!

Excelente departamento desde todos los puntos de vista. Ubicación excelente, muy cómodo, excelentes servicios y Patrick su dueño se esmera en que la estancia en él sea perfecta. Solo buenos comentarios para realizar, volvería y enviaré a mis amigos sin dudarlo.
