Ein sehr schönes, sauberes, ruhiges Apartment in dem man sich wohl fühlt. Gute Ausstattung, sehr gute Anbindung, kurze Wege um einzukaufen. Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, einzig das Bad ist - bei allem durchdachten Design - ziemlich schmal.

Departamento muy acogedor y muy bien ubicado en un sector muy tranquilo, cerca del metro y supermercados, excelente para visitar Paris.

Clean , neat and quiet neighbourhood appartment. Very good location.Close to the Rer trains and very close to the underground. Good furniture and comfortable beds. All household necessary applicances avialiable.

Very Nice apartment. We sleep very god there. It was very clean. Small but big enough for the 4 of us.

Romaine who met us was very helpful and gave us lots of helpful info. apartment was neat clean and spacious . Close to metro and shops and eating places. loved the inner courtyard with flower beds well cared for and the mature trees which acted as a screen in addition to the sense of peace. would recommend to future visitors

Our fault but a slightly bigger appt would have worked better. A second bedroom and a second bathroom would have made it splendid

good location, safe neighborhood, quiet well equipped apartment, relatively clean but a better clean of dust would not heart. overall, very good and non expensive apartment. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it

L'appartement est très bien situé et desservi en transport en commun. Il est bien entretenu et très confortable. Concernant la propreté , dans l'ensemble nous sommes satisfaits. Un petit coup de dépoussiérage avant notre arrivée aurait été souhaitable. Dans la douche un produit pour nettoyer les joints noirs et un anti calcaire ne feront pas de mal. Très bien équipé, lits confortables, vaisselle neuve, impeccable. Et pour finir, un très bon accueil, autant au téléphone avant notre arrivée , que sur place par Amine. Merci beaucoup, on y retournera certainement.

El departamento está completamente equipado; es muy acogedor y confortable. El ambiente del edificio es agradable y calmo. Aunque la ubicación no es céntrica, está muy bien conectado a través de RER, metro y Orlybus en Denfert-Rochereau.

The apartment and location were excellent. At first we were concerned about the neighborhood, but quickly learned that it is in a magnificent and safe area. Great access to Metro and RER. Only think lacking from apartment was bottle opener....we eventually opened our bottle of wine. Towel drying rack in bathroom did not seem to work. Some of the lamps did not work - need new bulbs? Overall rating very good.

Location was good. The apartment was clean and fairly comfortable, though it was smaller than we'd expected at the price. I wouldn't want to be one of the five people it's said to be able to accommodate. The shower/toilet was particularly tiny but it was clean and it did work. Kitchen equipment was better than most, though there was no corkscrew (someone walked off with it?). It was inconvenient having crockery in the living room and better use of shelf space in the kitchen could help, at least for essentials like plates and bowls. Some kitchen shelving contained definite non-essentials, which possibly suited the owner but not guests. Personally, I'd replace the (quite attractive) "bookcase" in the living room with something much smaller.
