We found the apartment to be clean and centrally situated close to two Metro stations. The space was clean apart from a small plumbing problem with the shower not draining. This was fixed by the landlady very promptly. It was good to have a TV that also got the British news and CNN channels for English speaking guests. The rooms were tastefully furnished with comfortable furniture and adequate utensils in the kitchen (which we only ever used for breakfasts). The heating worked well and was set for 21 degrees which was a blessing with the cold weather in Paris in April! The many travel books and maps of Paris at visitors' disposal was most appreciated. Clear instructions on how to use the appliances was good and tips on restaurants, taxi service and doctor contacts most useful. The only negative comment is that most guests have to leave in the morning and don't have time to clean the linen and towels before departing. This means that you have to leave Euro 15 for the cleaning. This should be incorporated in the price of the rental and not as an extra at the end of the trip,
