Appartement magnifique avec une terrasse très belle, grand,propre, bien équipé, moderne, tranquille! (seulement un problème avec le wi fi)

Perfect locación, and great appartment. Very roomy livingroom, and great terrace.

Spacious. Lovely. The terrace was lush and inviting. The heat was quite awful in Paris but the breeze was quite good due to the three wall with windows in the main living area. The furniture was comfortable without being dingy. The neighborhood was lively and safe, full of good cafes and real Parisian life. It didn't take long to get to more touristy areas. We walked to Notre Dame, passing the Batille and new Opera house, in about 30 minutes but could have made better time without our two little ones. The home was suitable for our children, 2 and 7. Also we entertained friends, a family of five, one evening. Refrigerator, stove, tables and chairs accommodated us all comfortably. The owner and her family were quite friendly and helpful. All spoke English. It was really quite a wonderful experience to stay here.

Quite superb. Sixth floor in a gated development, so whilst access is awkward it is surprisingly tranquil. Neither the small balcony nor the roof terrace were used during our time because of the heavy rain, which made exploring the local area by foot far less attractive. We have two children and the appartment was plenty big enough for us; the girls loved the shower. Some fine local cafes too and the boulangerie over the road did us proud also. The strongest compliment I can pay is that we'll be going back.
