Location saisonnière d'appartements à prix abordables !

Exaxtly what we're looking for: clien and cosy apartment, very nice decoration, enough space, good location. Overall very satisfying stay!

Spacious flat with a very nice kitchen/dining area. We really felt like being part of Paris life for a few days. Great location from which we could walk comfortably everywhere. The supermarket across the street and the booklet the owners put together were very helpful. The only remark is that the sleeping couch in the living room was not as comfortable.

This Cozy Place was perfect for our business trip. Cleaned rooms, detailed information about the neighborhood, store nearby, wi-fi was fast enough, perfect location, quiet atmosphere, elevator, nice interior design(open kitchen, living room with a lot of books, 2 balconies), very well equipped kitchen. kind staff(we didn't have to go far for get a key!), provided a private taxi service Many thanks to Romain! This is a wonderful Paris apartment that is clearly loved by its owners. Very spacious by Paris standards and with walls lined with books, great paintings and creative furniture, it is welcoming, bright and fun to live in. We were there for a month and never tired of it. Great kitchen where we cooked every day. Comfortable bed, shutters and glazed windows made a quiet haven when the sunrise is at 5:30 am. The neighbourhood is lovely, with open air market three times per week, three great restaurants on this quiet street and steps away from Blvd. Montparnesse. The saddest news was that the owners will take it off the rental market as they have wisely decided to live there full time. Their gain, our loss as we would have happily come back next year for a month. I have been looking since I received this tragic news, and it is tough to find something comparable. Desolée.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation géographique de cet appartement, la proximité du métro Raspail et du RER ainsi que du marché d'alimentation situé en face de l'appartement. Le journal de bord du propriétaire nous a donné d'importantes informations sur les restaurants, boulangeries etc...et nous en sommes reconnaissants. Toutefois nous avons trouvé que l'appartement ne répondait pas à nos attentes en ce qui concerne la propreté: poussière, certains tiroirs de la cuisine remplis de choses appartenant au propriétaire, armoires qui contenait les produits nettoyants dans un désordre incroyable. Il y avait également des choses trop personnelles, voir photos de famille et objets de toutes sortes sur les étagères de la bibliothèque. Somme toute ce fut un séjour agréable et confortable et n'hésiterions pas à y retourner.

The apartment in itself was excellent. Good location, quite big and was very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay quite a bit.

charming...clean...easy access to metro line; Timely reception receiving info/keys to apt.. would definitely stay at the apt again in order to enjoy books and artifacts..elevator a little finicky at times but realized 2 person is the limit

Nous avons beaucoup aimé séjourner dans cet appartement très calme et très bien situé dans Paris. Comme cité ci-dessus, nous regrettons la poussière et nous avons eu l'impression qu'il n'avait pas été vraiment nettoyé. Cela mis à part, nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Merci au propriétaire pour toutes les informations trouvées pour nous faciliter le séjour. Un petit bémol : ascenseur en panne juste après notre arrivée. Merci à Romain d'avoir fait le nécessaire rapidement et pour son accueil.

Fantastic apartment, the perfect parisian experience we were looking for.

The apartment was very comfortable with everything furnished for a relaxing home away from home while vacationing in Paris. The location can't be beat! Grocery directly across the street was wonderful. There are several good restaurants as well. With a washing machine in the apartment and a laundry next door to dry clothes, we were able to pack less for our two week stay. Garbage and delivery trucks were a little noisy in the mornings, but not a deterrent. Raspail metro stop a half block away made traveling through the city very easy. The "blue book" in the apartment had detailed instructions for the apartment as well as some great restaurant recommendations. Amine, our contact, was very welcoming and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this flat!

Clean, quiet, convenient. One set of shutters was broken and could not be shut properly. This is a problem in summertime, as the shutters are the only way of keeping the apartment from becoming uncomfortably hot. Otherwise, everything was very good indeed.

We needed to be in the neighborhood around the Vavin or Raspial Metro stops and this apartment fit the bill perfectly. It was well furnished and all we needed to add were our personal items and groceries. It was so convenient to get on public transportation--2 lines of the Metro, the RER and even several bus lines. If the event we attended is held in the same location in the future, we will definitely stay in this apartment again.
