Short-term vacation apartment rentals at affordable rates!

Check in was easy. The apartment worked well for our family of four. We loved the location. It was in a great neighborhood and felt safe. The nights were quiet I the neighborhood for good sleeping.

El departamento es muy cómodo. Las camas y el sillón cama también. La cocina es práctica. Está muy bien ubicado. El barrio es tranquilo. Sólo sugerimos colocar cortinas en las ventanas del pasillo. Entra mucha luz. Analisse nos recibió muy bien. Nos orientó cómo manejarnos con los subtes y fue muy atenta con nosotros. Fue nuestro primer viaje y pensamos que teníamos que esperarla para entregar el departamento y que viera que todo estaba en orden. Se ofendió porque la esperamos. Fue una muy agradable estadía. Estamos muy conformes. Muchas gracias.

Hola, El apartamento estaba limpio y era tal y como se describía en las fotos. Muy céntrico y bien comunicado!!. El grifo de la ducha para su fijación estaba roto, y aunque no impedía su uso, nos hubiera gustado que nos avisaran. Es lo único negativo del apartamento.

The apartment was wonderful - it had a homey feel to it, and was furnished in a very live-able way. It is great to have a washer / dryer in unit. The bathroom was a good size. The best part about this apartment was that it is located in the heart of Marais, next to a bunch of great restaurants and shops. All are walkable - you pass by a bunch of them on the way to two nearby subway stations (~10min walk).

I booked for my daughter so I didn't stay personally. My daughter and her friends loved it and only had good things to say. Thank you all very much.

Apartamento confortável, limpo, boa iluminação, cozinha bem equipada, banheiro amplo, boa localização, pequena caminhada até o metro, boa localização. Fizemos o check in e check out presencial com uma senhora muito simpática. Ficamos bastante confortável.

Clean well sized apartment in an excellent location. We had three people stay and there was plenty of space for all. I will happily recommend to friends and family and I would stay again if in Paris.

A lovely cosy apartment in a fantastic location. Perfect for a couple or a family with young children. Great place to stay if you're in Paris to see the sights or for shopping. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean and tidy. Security for the building was great. We did have a few problems with the hot water system and ran out if all 4 of us wanted to have a shower but managed with 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening.

The apartment is ideal - light and air with top floor views, lifts, a good shower and a good location - I think the first time I have ever encountered the full set in Paris! Highly recommended.

Ideal location, lovely pied a terre with comfortable beds/high quality bedding, nice bathroom and kitchen. Very, very comfortable for 3 people. I would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you for making everything so easy and seamless. Everything was made easy for us, and I cannot thank you enough.

L'appartement est très très bien situé au coeur du Marais avec tous les commerces à proximité. Il est au 6ème étage mais avec l'ascenseur :)). Il est très très calme car il ne donne pas sur la rue. Spacieux avec un grand salon et une petite chambre individuelle. Il est très propre et très bien équipé. Le WIFI est excellent. Seul petit bémol, un seul jeu de clefs disponible ce qui n'est pas très pratique quand on vient à plusieurs (dans ce cas nous étions 2) avec une envie de bouger pas forcement aux mêmes horaires. Mais sinon, RAS. Très bon produit

3 fellas over for the football. The Marais is a lovely area, but probably suited more to couples and families...Next time we might stay in the Pigalle area where there are more pubs. The area did seem to be perfectly quiet and safe, regardless of whatever time we were coming in at. Apartment was fine...certainly for 4 nights. And I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't in the apartment...And (unlike some other apartments we stayed in), our host showed us where to empty the bin.

Apartamento simpático como aparece nas fotos. Dormem perfeitamente 4 pessoas. Bairro muito simpático com boa vida noturna e supermercados. O prédio é limpo e seguro.

Situé dans un très bel immeuble, l'appartement est conforme au descriptif. Assez calme et de bonne superficie pour quatre. La cuisine manque un peu d'ustensiles (casseroles, poêles...) mais est tout à fait fonctionnelle. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche du mètro (5min à pied) et des commerces (supérette, boulangerie, pharmacie....) Appartement que je recommanderais sans problème

La situation de l'appartement est super central, il y a beaucoup de magasins très proche. Absolument calme avec un joli vue sur les toits de Paris. Spacieux pour trois personnes. Accueil très sympa!

Realmente muy satisfechos. El departamento era adecuado a nuestro interés, todo en funcionamiento y en concordancia con lo ofrecido.

The apartment was perfectly located and a great size for 2 people, maybe a bit inconvenient for more than 2. Everything was very clean although the bathroom definitely could have been a higher standard, there was some mould in the shower. It would have been good to have soap supplied, otherwise kitchen and living room well equipped. Good wifi and excellent information supplied about the area and Paris

Très bien placé. Pratique. Pas trop chaud, bien que nous soyons là pour la première semaine d'août. Juste un petit soucis avec la chasse d'eau peu performante. Bons couchages. Calme.

Very Nice, bright and modern. Great beds, perfect kitchen and bathroom. Everything working perfectly. Perfect location, close to metro, Picasso Museum and all the wonderful cafes. Very easy to find from the Airport. The apartment needs a good cleaning in all corners - especially the bathroom! We will definitely come back next year!

The next door neighbor had a large german shepherd dog (on the 6th floor!) and was openly antagonistic. He seemed to resent our problems trying to efficiently operate the 2 keys to the apartment, and probably also the noise from the washer, which sounded like it was going into outer space. The master bedroom was almost entirely filled by the bed and whoever slept near the wall had to crawl over the other person to exit the room. Other than that, the apartment worked fine for our needs.

Un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement calme, propre et bien situé dans Paris ! Quartier super sympa, musées, boutiques et restaurants aux pieds de l'immeuble. J'y retourne avec grand plaisir !

Bonito apartamento, en muy buen estado, limpio, cómodo y dotado con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. Su localización es perfecta, muy céntrico y bien comunicado. La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable y nos dio todas las indicaciones necesarias. Las fotografías coinciden 100% con el apartamento. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Frankly, the apartment needs a good cleaning! There was mold in the grout of the shower, surfaces were dusty, dust balls on the floor and under the bed. It just felt like it needed sprucing up. The sheets, towels etc. were very clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved the views and the feeling of being up in our little attic. We liked the building and the location is great! I did not want to write a review until I wrote to you so this survey is timely. It's a cute place and I would definitely recommend Ah Paris - everything was handled very efficiently.

The apartment was light and airy. Having an elevator to the sixth floor is a plus with heavy luggage. It is central for walking to many historical sights, churches and museums. Being a small street it was also quiet at night. There is so much to see in the 3rd District with boutiques, quaint eateries and artisan jewellers. It was a shopper and browsers idea of heaven. I do think it needed to be cleaned more thoroughly between guests. A quick vacuum does not do it no matter how attractive the male cleaner. The beds had to be made up by us and the bathroom was not to my standard. Having said that I would book the apartment again

Good Location We were happy with security and very quite Hall way to flat had some old furniture left in hall out side flat which looked run down and inside the door to flat and old TV left which makes for an uncared for look Would have liked the information book to be more professional and information for ringing Taxi number for English to have clear instructions eg need to know zone and eglish speaking phone number Also the glasses crockery pots very old and needs replacing with matching modern nice coloured sets no sparkling glasses only one tea towel provided and in lounge room the foot rests one to low the other to hard no cushion Also the shower door small and hard to open This flat needs a clean up spruce up after all we are holiday makes looking for a nice standard I would appreciate a recommendation for same pricing or better same position and with lift but offering modern cared for e if you o

Small but perfectly adequate apartment, we managed fine with 2 adults, 2 kids, nice location. Quiet apartment, quiet street, nice building.

Très bon emplacement, bien équipé et pratique. Quelques finitions à revoir (ampoules pas changées, rideau velux cassé, bonde douche cassée). Ménage moyen.

In the middle of the beautiful Marais. The Apartment was neat, clean and quiet. I woudn't go in the middle of Summer because the Apartment in at the top.

clean, safe, lovely buildings, beautiful area, so close to metro. comfortable beds. hot shower with good pressure. well equipped kitchen. four of us stayed here and we were running the Paris marathon. It was so great having an apartment compared to a small hotel.I would describe the apartment as cosy but we loved it. C'est bonne!

Pros: The apartment was just like the pictures, possibly even larger than we thought, it was comfortable for 3 people (1 couple and 1 single). Everything was in order and the kitchen seemed well equipped although we didn't use it since we ate all our meals out. Everything was clean and nice and lots of bed linens and blankets. Cons: There was no soap (shower or hand soap) so we bought some and left for the next tenants, given the difficulties of traveling with such items and how tiring it is to fly overnight (8 hours from the US) it would be really nice to be able to immediately take a shower and not have to go out in search for one first. I do understand however that this is not a necessity but it is a nice gesture. My traveling companions thought the noise from the kids in a school across the yard was disturbing in the mornings but i didn't hear it at all, so i guess it depends on what you are used to. Conclusion: I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Nuestra estadía en el apartamento rentado ha sido excelente, todo fue de acuerdo a lo visto en las fotos y lo ofrecido en los mail. Lá única sugerencia que hago, es que tendría que haber más indicaciones en español, por ej. funcionamiento de lavadora, del televisor, etc. pues en mi caso, que no conozco idiomas, se me hizo dificil poner en marcha esos artículos. Destaco especialmente la actitud del Sr. Romain quien en todo momento respondió a mis requerimientos. En síntesis me fue PERFECTO, motivo por el cual los tendré presentes para una nueva visita a esa hermosa ciudad. Muchas Gracias y reciban un cordial saludo.

Apartment was in a fabulous location & enjoyed our stay very much. There was a problem with the shower - the stand holding the shower head was broken. Also some of the lights had blown & there was no replacement.

We loved the apartment - it is in an excelent location and a good size for our family. The bathroom and living room were spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. As we were in Paris during a very hot spell, a fan would have helped, as the apartment did get very hot. Overall though an excellent apartment.

The Marais location of the apartment makes it a good value. It's small but I assume most people visiting Paris are out sight seeing and not hanging out in the apartment. The kitchen had the bare essentials but once again we did not eat there beyond a quick breakfast. Our major criticism was the lack of fans during a horrible heat wave (mid-90's). Sleeping was very difficult - there was almost no breeze on two nights - I'm sure some people would have left. I realize weather cannot be controlled but if AC is a must for you in the summer you would probably rule out this apt.(and most others in Paris!). I noticed some supplementary heating devices in the apt., cooling is just as important! If there had been fans I would rated this a 4 instead of a 3.

There were two of us in the place, which was plenty of room. Some people may think this is on the small side but this is quite typical of Paris, and one shouldn't be spending much time here anyway when in one of the most amazing places in the world. Location is ideal in the Marais...just a few blocks away from a Metro stop and walking distance to Ile de la Cite. Didn't watch much TV or go on the Internet much but both worked great when in use. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment met almost all of our expectations.It was very clean and bright and the kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots, pans & utensils. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit.We will tell our friends about your web site. ,

Apartamento fantástico, muy muy luminoso, dotado de lo necesario, en un barrio muy tranquilo y en una calle con apenas tráfico. Está muy bien situado, a dos pasos de la estación de Saint Paul. Nos encantó la zona. El apartamento muy limpio,sábanas perfectas, sin ruidos y bastante conservado. Sin duda alguna volvería a elegirlo!. Mis felicitaciones al propietario por su estado de conservación. Lo único que echamos en falta es algo más de cubertería, ya que no era suficiente para 4 personas. De resto, perfecto. Las fotos son fiel reflejo de lo que te vas a encontrar... :D

The appartment was clean and cozy and very comfortable, especially for 2 adults (mother & daughter). More persons would also possible. The location is excellent: in the middle of wonderful Marais but in a quiet street and at the back of the building so no streetnoise.

The apartment was good, clean and convenient. We were happy there and enjoyed our time in Paris. (Except for the excessive amounts of dog shit on the streets ?? Why is it so ??) The Apartment was not expensive and was good value for the modest rental. I would find space for a larger ironing board if I owned the apartment.

Excelente, ideal para nuestra estadia, El departamento era tal cual las fotografias excibidas, confortable y agradable. Despues de pasar todo el dia recorriendo Paris era muy agradable pasar por algun G20, comprar algunos quesos y comida lista para calentar en microondas y descansar para comenzar el nueva dia. El unico inconveniente fue que el agua caliente solo nos alcanzaba para ducharnos 3, 1 de nosotros debia hacerlo por la mañana. Quien nos rento el departamento fue muy amable.
Comentario propietario : He cambiado el sistema de agua caliente. No es un problema ahora.
