Apartment in the hot spot of the Marais, near the metro station. The stairs up to the apartment are the only thing we didn't like...kitchen has every thing you need, the bath room is SMALL. The bed room upstairs is really nice. Everything was clean, modern. As we stayed there in really cold december the electric heating was not able to keep the sitting room warm. However it was great to have a quiet place to stay in Paris! For a trip to Paris we recommend a rent of an apartment more than stay in a hotel.

Well located and surprisingly quiet. We felt like we really lived in Paris while we were there. It really felt like home.

The apartment was wonderful. It was well located, cozy and completely as advertised. We had a great experience. If you don't mind the stairs (and we didn't), it is everything you could need for both short term and long term stays. The kitchen is great, and the internet service was too. There is also cable TV and phone service if you need it. The walk to the metro is about 5 minutes and it is located in a vibrant area of Paris (just one block from the Musee Carnavalet and 10 min from the Pompidou Center). Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby as well including some very nice Israeli places. I fully recommend staying here!

Exactamente como viene descrito en su anuncio, camas cómodas perfecto para 2 parejas, buena calefacción, una pena que no tenga ascensor! Muy bien ubicado para una visita del centro de Paris.

Nice, clean, modern apartment in a quiet but trendy area of the city, within walking distance of the Île de Cité. Good value for money. Our two kids and us enjoyed our stay there and we recommend it.

appartement loué pour un séjourle week-end du 15 août. Nous étions 4 (2 adultes + 2 enfants)et nous avaons eu assez d'espace. L'appartement est charmant et agréable. Sa localisation est parfaite pour partir à la découverte de Paris. Sa situation dans une cour intéieure lui assure un calme étonnat à Paris, ce qui rend les nuits et les pauses en journée particulièrement apaisantes et reposantes. C'est une adresse que je garde précieusement pour de prochaines séjours et que je recommanderai à des amis.

The apartment was quite nice. It has a great location in a nice area. The beds were comfortable, the shower was nice. It was quite hot during our stay (in the low 30's Celsius) and the apartment was very hot as well. There was one fan which helped a bit. The windows were big but didn't let in much of a breeze at night. The toilet seat was broken when we got there and we complained about this to our ah Paris contact. He said he knew about this but that the owner was unable to find the correct fitting seat so was unable to replace it. This proved to be a bit of an annoyance during our stay. The bathroom door latch was also broken and caused the door to get stuck closed from the outside so we just left it open during our stay. There are quite a few stairs up to the apartment but it shouldn't be a problem for most people. It was a nice quiet apartment with lots of conveniences close by. We felt safe and comfortable. The TV and WIFI worked well,as did the kitchen appliances.

The apartment was all that we expected - the information on the website and the photos gave an accurate picture of what we found. The location is perfect - we would definately stay again if we are fortunate enough to visit Paris again. There are two good supermarkets nearby (at the entrance to the St Paul metro station) as well as a tiny but well stocked (and very friendly) grocery store that is open after hours (turn right onto the street and then right again). The apartment was clean enough - linen was clean and there was sufficient. The only "complaints" was that the toilet seat was completely loose (I would imagine easy to fix) and the apartment could be hot in the summer as we could only find heating and not airconditioning. Overal, highly recommended - we stayed with 2 adults, a 15 year old and an 8 year old - ample room.

I would recommend this apartment to everyone, not even one thing was bad or incorrectly described before we got there. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and in the centre of the main street. From it was a very easy access to the metro and main attractions. Excellent location, close to Metro in a nice neighbourhood. The apartment was well equipped and according to pictures and description. Clean, comfortable beds (including sofa bed). A little minus are the narrow stairs with a luggage and younger children.

The apartment is very spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. It's a place you can relax after a long day of sight seeing. A great home away from home. It's in a great location. They offer free wifi and some free phone calls. They are also available if you have questions. Things to be aware of: There are a lot of narrow stairs, getting our luggage to and fro was cumbersome, fortunately we're in good shape. There seem to be a lack of lifts in Paris so you are best off packing extremely light. The shower was odd. The overhead is in the middle of the shower area and the glass only covers half the opening so water went everywhere each time we showered. We had to mop up each time. Also, bring your own toilet paper if you're staying more than a week, they only provide one roll per visit. Overall, I would stay here again.

We absolutely loved the apartment. It was exactly what the website described, and was luxuriously comfortable. The pull-out sofa bed was extremely comfortable, as was the main bed and all the linen was crisp, clean and white!The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals every day, and the washing machine/tumbledrier combo was a real plus. The location of the apartment couldn't have been better - really upmarket neighbourhood, and walking distnace to most of the main sights, or else the 2 metro stations were just down the road. We loved it and would definitely stay again if ever we are in Paris again!
