Short-term vacation apartment rentals at affordable rates!

The location was fantastic. Close to major attractions and many restaurants outside your door. Personally I felt the apartment cramped partially because of the amount of furniture. It was very hot while there so mostly I slept downstairs. Upstairs where beds and bath are have low ceilings. The apartment was satisfactory and a 3 star but the location a 4 or 5 star. Don't bring big suitcases unless you are happy dragging them up a couple sets of narrow stairs. Paris has stairs everywhere...

Excellent location

The apartment is centrally located to many of the main tourist sites and within walking distance of bus and metro stations. It is comfortable and very well equipped with all that anyone would need for an extended stay in Paris. We really enjoyed our time there, especially that we were so close to good restaurants and just had an easy 15 min walk to Ile de la Cite.

It's a quite and well equipped apartment in an excellent position for who wants to be a tourist in the most important places.It's also next to the metro station Rambouteau. We had a good stay and hope to come again.

l'appartement était coquet avec une bonne literie et surtout propre. En plus c'était très calme car ça donnait sur une cour.Le métro était juste à côté et les commerces aussi (boulangerie, charcuterie, superette..) Vraiment rien à redire.

It's perfect location in the center of Paris attractions, nearby Centre Pompidou. Apartment is really small, but clean, homely and quiet. It's perfect for friends, who wants spend few day with parisian museums. Especially Luwr, Picasso i Centre Pompidou, everyone within walking distance . Just only few meters from original french boulangerie with magnificent croissants, baguettes and pastry.

We loved the quirkiness of the apartment and the excellent location. Very close to Metro, shops and restaurants. Despite the central location, it was very quiet in the apartment. All in all a very enjoyable stay. A couple of small issues. The microwave did not work and the towels were a bit thin. There were a lot of plates but very few cups and drinking glasses. The apartment could have been a bit cleaner but it was comfortable and well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. Wifi worked very well. Ideal for two people but I would not recommend it for four.

The position of the apartment is very good! It is very easy to go to any attractions of Paris and to those famous museums. But the conditions of the apartment are rather poor. There are even no rabbish-bags and no toilet-paper. The rooms are too hot and the sofa-bed is uncomfortable for sleeping. But the hot water of the bathroom is very good.

Apartment was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, microwave was not working however. Location is fantastic, central to everything. We were 4 people, 2 adults with our two children 17 and 20. The flat was bit small with large suitcases and 4 large people. The low beam as you exit the bathroom was the source of great amusement as my 186cm son hit his head at least 5 times! Otherwise all was good!

The apartment suited us perfectly for our visit and we had a wonderful few days. It's central location made it an ideal base for sightseeing on foot and also for the shops and restaurants all around. It was also very quiet which suited us well. The apartment was clean, well equiped and well furnished, the crisp clean bed linen was lovely and we could find no fault. If ever we get to Paris again we would be very pleased to book the same apartment again.

Perfect location! Was greeted by someone very friendly and helpful. Comfortable apartment for a 4 day stay. Only thing was there may have been some sort of leak in the building. The upstairs had a mildew smell that got really bad unless we kept the window open. May have been the building and not the room, but the apartment itself was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment - lovely and quiet especially considering how central it is - with peaceful interior courtyard to look over, exactly what you want and where you want it in Paris. there were four of us including two kids and they loved it Could have done with a few more household basics / bits of kitchen equipment but really that's quibbling and we will stay there again if we can

El apartamento tiene una excelente ubicación, tiene el Centre Pompidou muy cerca, el Museo de Louvre a 1,5 Km y la Catedral de Notre Dame a 1 Km aprox, esta bien equipado, es acogedor, tiene cerca sitios donde comer y buenos, igualmente tiene muy cerca donde comprar los viveres, y la estación del metro también esta cerca. El edificio por dentro lo deberían acondicionar, hacerlo más bonito, más vistoso, porque esta deteriorado, podrían empezar con arreglar el jardin. La cocina está un poco incomoda, pero nada de que preocuparse; la puerta de la nevera deben repararla, tiene problemas para cerrar.

Excellent location. Cozy apartment with comfortable loft area. Kitchen well equipped and the apartment is clean. Good and comfy shower. Suit better couples or families but not so much friends unless you do not mind to share the only bathroom / toilet. A bit hot when the window cannot be left open at night. But thank you for the electrical fan. It helps. Would like to have more instructions on how to work the TV. Unable to receive signal for any channel from Day 1. WiFi works well. Overall good value for money for a short stay in Paris.

Appartement très bien situé, accès facile au RER pour se rendre à l'aéroport, endroit très calme et lits confortables. Nous étions 4 (2 adultes et 2 adolescents). Nous aurions profité de quelques mètres carrés de plus pour nos valises. La literie était propre ainsi que la salle de bain. Par contre, plus de propreté dans la cuisine nous aurait fait plaisir (miettes dans le bac à ustensiles, mouches à fruits). Ceci dit, nous pensons que cet appartement offre un bon rapport qualité-prix. Chantal, Canada

Perfect location, equipped with all basic necessities A bit small for 4 people, loft very, very hot in summer days due to a lack of IC, fan or any other kind of ventilation as the courtyard is also not allowing for much of wind ( but apartment is quiet although close to busy street)

The location was excellent. Layout of the flat was great. Unfortunately the TV didn't work and internet was an issue the first day. The place could have been cleaned out better. There was old goat cheese in the fridge that really smelled badly. No toilet paper as we arrived. That should be standard as we just flew in and have no idea where a shop was at that time. Price was very good.
Owner's reply: There was a temporary internet problem in the building that has since been fixed. As for the toilet paper, it was in the closet, we forgot to tel the client.

Pas de TV, pas de WiFi! Je suis vraiment désappointé. Cet appartement n'est pas pour 4 personnes! C'était étroit! On a dû déménager les meubles. On a failli aussi se casser la tête au deuzième étage... rien à conseiller aux gens d'une grande taille! Les escaliers dans l'immeuble sont glissants à mort!

The apartment was fine, and in a great location. It would have been a bit more private if there was a door separating the living area from the bedroom, but I appreciate this may not be possible.

The apartment satisfied our needs. Whilst not very modern was homely and we liked it. Location was excellent with many eating places either outside the door or nearby. Easy access from / to railway stations and tours. WIFI was greatly appreciated.

Está situado en una zona muy cómoda con todos los servicios necesarios a mano. El apartamento está bien aunque falló algo la limpieza especialmente del baño. La escalera interior la encontramos algo peligrosa sobre todo para las noches en que la persona que duerme en el sofá tiene que subirla para acceder al servicio. Al abrir el sofá cama no deja paso para la zona de cocina con lo cual se inutiliza. Eramos 3 personas . Para 4 hubiera sido agobiante. El acceso al apartamento es complicado y está bastante viejo por lo que da mala impresión.

The apartment is nice, silent and enough clean, provided with everything you need. We were not able to tune channels on tv and switch the heating on! But the wifi worked well. The interior of the building is rather old and a little bit smelly, but the location is excellent, near the metro and the center Pompidou. Nearby there are shops, bistrot and boulangerie. Very good experience on the whole.

It would be nice that the apartment had a hair dryer. It is well equipped an very good placement.

We loved this Parisian apartment. The size was prefect for three people, and the location was close to most major attractions. You just has to walk out your apartment door to a street of cafés. And, the staff at ah paris were great. They arranged for a driver to meet us at the train station, which made our apartment check in seamless.

On the second floor for tall people will be very uncomfortable, maybe a low ceiling makes walking hunched. I hit his head when coming out of the bathroom. Very slippery stair in apartment, be careful, especially who come with small children.

The apartment was super. We really loved it there. It s not big but that was no problem. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the refrigerator door. Something in the door is broken so you can t place bottles in it. Thats was all. All the rest was great. If we ever come to paris again we want to stay there again!

Great location, well equipped and clean. A bit dark....during late Autumn, but it's only a short stay location- so less of an issue. Very quiet despite being in the centre of Paris. I wouldn't recommend it for 4 people, but definitively for 2.

When we first step in the apartment, an intense and bad kind of Garlic smell was filled everywhere. Even my girlfriend couldn't inhale inside before opening the windows of the room. We thought that before we came, the apartment was cleaned with Garlic water... We bought some air fresheners and let the windows open from the evening till the morning in order to let this bad odour disappear and it takes 3 days to completely disappear. Hopefully we only get back to the room the evenings for sleep, because it should be very hard for us to resist the odour in the midday. The only positive thing for this apartment was it's location. 3mins walking from Rambuteau metro station. But otherwise, if you also have heavy baggages it should be very hard for you to climbing the narrow old smelly stairs. The room also was not very clean and in the wc there are some hairs on the floor.. To sum, it was quite unsatisfactory for us and I wouldn't choose that Apt in the future nor recommend it to any of my friends who use ahParis.com

The apartment was great. The construction outside at 8am was a little annoying and I wish we would have known in advance. I wish we had a clothes dryer and instructions typed up on how to use the washer, dishwasher and the tv. Other than those minor things, it was really lovely and the location was great. I would stay there again.

Perfect place to stay for a few days. We spent three days with our children ( 5&9 years old). The apt. is right next to Centre pompidou and at the same time very quiet. Everything needed is in the apartment ( Microwave, hairdryer, extra blankets, enough glasses and dishes). The only critically points were the tv which didn't work and the poor cleaning. Carpet was full of animal hairs. But nevertheless we will return!
Owner's Comments: I apologize for the animal hairs. The vacuum cleaner broke the day of the client's arrival. We've since replaced the vacuum cleaner, so the apartment should be much cleaner in the future.

L'appartamento si trova a pochi passi dal centro Pompidou ed è raggiungibile a piedi dalla fermata della RER B (Chatelet-Les Halles) che parte dall'aeroporto Gharles De Gaulle. A pochi passi anche la fermata della linea 11 (Rambetau) o dalla stessa Chatelet-Les Halles da cui passano numerose linee. A pochi passi anche la deliziosa area de Les Marais (in parte pedonale) ricca di ristoranti e di negozi aperti anche di domenica quando tutto il resto della città è chiuso compresi i magazzini La Fayette. L'appartamento affaccia su un piccolo cortile interno silenziosissimo. Si raggiunge attraverso due rampe di scale piuttosto strette, forse non troppo agevoli con bagagli eccessivi. La cucina, minuscola, è dotata di tutti comfort: piano cottura, forno, microonde, bollitore, macchina per caffè americano, frullatore, lavapiatti, matterello, ferro da stiro, aspirapolvere e tutto quello che vi viene in mente. Il bagno è posto al piano superiore (cieco) ma spazioso e con una grande doccia. L'arrredamento in generale risente del tempo passato e il rivestimento di poltrone e divano/letto avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata, come pure uno dei due materassi dei letti gemelli posti sul soppalco. Dotato di wifi gratuita e perfettamente funzionante e di due televisori e di un piccolo stereo nel soppalco. Lo spazio è ottimo per due persone, più ristretto per 3 o 4 a meno che non si ripieghi sempre il divano letto che fornisce il terzo e quarto posto letto. Ovviamente se si vive molto la città e si rientra solo per dormire lo spazio per più di due persone non è un problema. La pulizia in generale è sufficiente (il bagno era molto pulito e abbiamo visto l'addetta alle pulizie lavare anche tutto il tivestimento delle pareti). Data l'ottima posizione risulta un buona soluzione per visitare Parigi in tranquillità.

El apartamento nos pareció muy cómodo, limpio, bien equipado y muy funcional. Es chico pero muy acogedor. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del Pompidou y a pocas cuadras de la Ile de la Cite, Louvre, etc. Además es un barrio seguro y agradable para llegar a cualquier hora. Está rodeado de lugarcitos para salir, muy agradable. La relación precio - calidad es correcta.
