L'appartement étati parfait pour nous, c'est calme, il y a assez de place. Le métro, épicerie, boulangerie est proche. Nous avons passé un trés aimable séjour.

C'est la quatrième fois que je viens dans cet appartement et c'est toujours avec autant de plaisir. Situation excellente pour accéder à tous les lieux de la capitale, appartement très propre et très bien équipé: cuisine indépendante avec lave-vaisselle. Aucun bruit de la rue ne vient perturber le calme; juste quelquefois le bruit des pas du locataire du dessus mais sans vraiment gêner. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr.

+ For "parisian standard" quite spacious - enough room for 3 persons + well equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher) + Free WiFi + excellent location: approx. 5 min. to Metro Republique (with 5 lines), 3 min to supermarket / boulangerie / cafe etc., close to canal St. Martin / Rue Bretagne / Marais but still a quiet apartment + bathroom clean and spacious, good shower + comfortable double-sofa-bed - bathroom a bit smelly (no window) - not so comfortable single-sofa-bed (too hard for my daughter's taste) Overall: all that I need / expect from an apartment while on a city trip. We recommend it and would enjoy staying there again

OK it's small but that's identified in the description. It's very well fitted out, in an excellent location and spotlessly clean. Recently stayed here, again, for 4 nights and will certainly rent here again. I would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment, excellent location, the bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay. It's a few minutes from Republic metro. It's possible to reach centre of town by walk(Marais, Les Halles) in 15 minutes or so. Only a small quibble - some istructions household appliances are not for that models.

Logement propre, bon acceuil le quartier est très vivant

C'est le troisième séjour que nous passons dans cet appartement et nous en sommes encore ravis. Beaucoup de commerces autour, des petits restos et près de tout grâce au métro de la station République. C'est sûr, nous reviendrons une 4ème fois.

Très joli appartement, confortable, pratique, super bien situé. Je garde l'adresse pour une prochaine visite.

Absolument rien à dire: confort, propreté, à 2 min du metro. J'espère qu'il sera disponible lors de mon prochain séjour à Paris, il manque seulement de la place pour pendre les vêtements. La penderie est vraiment trop juste. C'est le seul bémol.

Très bel appartement, très propre et bien équipé. Il est localisé à un très bel endroit de Paris, le canal St-Martin et bien d'autres lieux sont accessibles à pied. Pour les commodités c'est super, épicerie,boulangerie, métro tout est proche.

Appartement bien situé, bien équipé et pensé offrant toutes commodités : Wifi, chaines TV par l'intermédiaire d'une box Proche du métro (station République), de différents magasins type SuperU, de magasins vendant au détail, boulangeries etc... Le Canal St Martin (avec ses écluses) est situé à 5 mn à pied : n'hésitez pas à y aller vous ballader notamment à l'heure de l'apéro. => JE RECOMMANDE

Appartement agréable, fonctionnel, bien situé et très proche du métro et des bus.Beaucoup d'infos à disposition dont un guide du routard! Dommage qu'il y aie une odeur dégouts dans la salle de bain. Il manque un presse-agrume et éventuellement une bouilloire sinon tout est ok.

The kitchen was not equipped with electric water kettle, which we missed a little bit. Aside that, the apartment was great and I would recommend it to friends with no hesitation at all. Overall, we was really satisfied with apartment.

J'ai été satisfaite de cet appartement à Paris. Il est très calme et j'y ai trouvé tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Il est très propre. J'ai l'impression que le radiateur de la salle de bain ne marche que sur le 30 mais je n'en ai pas eu besoin.

Appartement très agréable, très calme, parfaitement équippé, propre, idéalement situé , à proximité de tous commerces et du métro. Couchage confortable ; seul petit bémol , des mauvaises odeurs d'égouts sortent apparement par le siphon du lavabo dans la salle de bain, mais nous y avons très vite remedié en prenant la précaution de fermer la bonde du lavabo et d'y laisser de l'eau. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Le studio est accueillant, très calme et confortable, bien situé et complétement équipé. Seul bémol, une odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain, qui s'en va seulement si on fait tourner la ventilation long temps.

Fantastic little apartment. Great for a couple, very convenient location right off Republique, you can get anywhere in Paris very quickly. Extremely clean, and it has everything you could need. We slept very well at night - it is very quiet, and the fold out bed was very comfortable. Definitely recommend, and definitely would rent again. Thank you so much!!

Small, but very functional apartment at a great location in the city.

Petit appartement très bien situé et très bien équipé + télephone+ WIFI. C'était parfait pour ma fille et moi et pour visiter Paris. Juste un commentaire , vu sa surface reduite et même s'il ya deux lits, difficile d'y venir à trois adultes, une fois les lits ouverts, il reste en effet très peu de place.

We stayed from 05 to 12 June 10. Excellent location in the centre of Paris, small but with superb amenities - it has almost everything you might need. We slept well and enjoyed ourselves to homecooked meals from provisions bought from nearby shops and boulongeres. Will recommend to couples and families with one child.

The apartment was even more than we expected - clean, nice and everything was there. We did not want to leave! For all 8 nights, we had breakfast "at home." The location is ideal - we could walk everywhere.

The first impression of the apartment was that is was very, very small but it became quickly obvious that it was very functional and it had absolutely everything it needed. The bathroom was very clean with nice, new appliances, same with the kitchen. Location was great both from a nearby stores perspective as well as for accessing transportation for daily activities. Because it was facing an inside courtyard, it was very quiet which was excellent (better to enjoy a view of the streelife from a cafe than from the window anyway). The only very slight downside I would say is the fact that it has a pull-out couch which is usually not that great to sleep on (usually too soft or with some springs sticking out here and there) but for the 4 days we were on it, it worked fine. We already decided that this is where we will stay next time we come to Paris.

Appartement très bien situé. Au calme avec de bonnes prestations. Seul bémol, le sanibroyeur qui émet des odeurs assez nauséabondes (genre d'odeur d'égout). Présence d'un coffre. Appartement de 4 personnes alors qu'il est présenté comme étant pour 3. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Informations dans l'appartement en anglais: merci de prévoir en français ainsi que de la documentation sur Paris en francais. Je n'ai pas reussi a faire fonctionner le seche linge (pas vu de mode d'emploi).

The apartment location is very good, especially for walking/biking people who love to see and be involved within the local action. We like the fact that the kitchen is separated from the main room, and the whole arrangement fit our expectations.

Very nice apartment, charming, quiet and clean. It is small, but no problem for a weekend stay of a couple. There is no view from the window (only a small courtyard outside) but you will have a quiet night for that and the place still has a personality. Really a good position to walk to nearly all places of interest. There is a free wireless internet connection in the room. There is a ventilator in the bathroom that turns off about five minutes after you switch off the light so consider this in the night :-)

Nous avons passé 3 jours très agréables. L'appartement était certes petit, mais très propre, confortable bien chauffé et bien équipé. D'autre part il est idéalement placé près de la place de la République et ses 5 lignes de métro, près des restaurants et des commerces. Aucun bruit de voitures puisqu'il donne sur une petite cour fermée très calme. Il est juste dommage que la box ne fonctionnait pas donc pas de connexion wi fi, ni de télévision. C'est sûr, nous reviendrons dans cet appartement la prochaine fois.

It was a very nice apartment and we were completely satisfied; it is quiet but central, very close to Republique metro station and supermarkets/bakeries. It was clean and had all the equipment we needed. I would definitely book it again.

The apartment was absolutely charming, extremely clean, comfortable and equiped with everything you could possibly need. In a good area with a great selection of restaurants,shops etc. I truly loved my stay there and will definitely be booking the same apartment again.

The apartment lived up to our expectations. It is small but we had expected that - it seemed very quaint and charming, like you were in your own little Paris world once you got inside. Never heard the outside noise either - slept like stones. It was very comfortable and in a great location.

Excellent location withing walking distance to most of the places of interest we wanted to see. The flat was small but comfortable and clean. I would consider renting it again when I come back.

The only downside is the low level of hot water, but that's common through most of Europe anyway. Excellent apartment; I would consider renting it again when I come back!

It's a very nice, clean and well situated appartment, everything that is necessary for the holyday in Paris is available. We advise small families or couples to enjoy it!

The apartment was perfect! Small, but clean, modern conveniences, all the cooking utensils and facilities we needed, quiet, well situated near the Place de La Republique and its metro hub. Nice neighborhood, we felt safe day and night. Close to Leader Price and MonoPrix markets. Good cafe's in the area. We particularly liked La Marine Cafe on the Canal St. Martin. The little patisserie on rue Beaurepaire should not be missed. The bed was comfortable. We had lots of blankets and pillows and slept very well. The walk up to the 2nd etage (US 3rd floor) was fine. The bathroom was great. Enough storage. Lots of hot water. Clean. We'd be glad to stay there again.

A very tastefully done studio, with every appliance one could need. And it was so nice to have certain supplies already there (paper towels, toilet paper, vinegar, garlic, mustard, etc.) Excellent location, with easy metro connections. A DELICIOUS bakery around the corner, and lots of fine cafés.

We were really pleased with the apartment - it was pleasantly decorated, the bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay. It faced a courtyard, on a quiet street but only a few minutes from Republic metro which has excellent connections, and you can walk to the centre of town (Marais, Les Halles) in 15 minutes or so. We've been in Paris before but this was the first time we stayed in an apartment, which turned out to be a great idea with the lousy exchange rate - if you don't want to pay for restaurants all the time the Monoprix supermarket nearby does a great range of food. Only two small quibbles - we couldn't get the CD player to work, but that might have been our fault, and when one of the light bulbs didn't work we only found some spares by accident (in a ceramic box on the hall table). Perhaps they could be somewhere more obvious.

Très bon séjour. APPARTEMENT sympa, bien situé. C'est la première fois que je vais à PARIS avec cette forme d'hébergement et vous avez trouvé une adepte DE CE MODE DE VIE. Le téléphone est un plus.

Très bon appartement pour un court séjour sur Paris. Bonne situation, calme et confort.

Great facilities within the apartment. Stairs and bags a pain but no real problem. Small place but who is going to spend that much time inside anyway when in PARIS !!! A local map for food/milk/bread would be useful for future visitors but again not a real problem.

It is self sufficient and caters to your every need (including a much needed hair dryer and internet wifi !!) The location is really close to Republique metro which offers a variety of connections. The only downside is the lack of an elevator so when travelling with excess baggage be prepared to lug it up two flights. Some of the light fittings were not working but in general, it was fantastic value for money. Clean and central, quiet. Great shops close by to stock up if you need to. There is even French radio for company !
