This chic 100-square-meter apartment, sleeps 6 people and is ½ a minute walk from Luxembourg gardens/palace (and even less to RER B), is also minutes from St. Michel, St. Germain and the Latin Quarter, with restaurants, cafés, shopping and historical sites at your disposition. The quarter itself enjoys a walking museum quality; a stroll reveals architecture from the Roman period to the present.

The apartment is on a sunny 4th floor with elevator, in a building isolated from the street, protected from street noise. Inhabitants benefit from the calm of the countryside in the heart of Paris, as well as plenty of sunlight. The building is also extremely safe with two security codes and an excellent concierge.

Finally, this apartment is fully equipped with all necessary linens, dishes, pans and silverware. It is donned with hard-wood floors throughout.

The 10m2 entrance hall is the first tasteful room to greet the visitor. Equally distributing the kitchen, dining room and living room, it is flanked by a nineteenth-century mirror and table on one side, and oak bookcases garnished with books and decorative objects to the other. Lovely glass-paneled doors with brass handles separate the entrance from the dining and living rooms from the entrance hall.

The 40m2 living room/dining room area offer a wall of windows which bath the entire space in light. In the living room bow windows with built-in benches give you a place to retreat and drink tea while looking on an 18th-century church; down below lies a courtyard with a garden. The dining area is large and comfortably seats 6.

The 15m2 bedroom is considered the master bedroom as it is the largest. It has an extensive double closet and (like the rest of the bedrooms) a double bed. This room gives on to the front courtyard and therefore has more light.

Cozy and charming, the second bedroom is 12m2 and has its own bathroom. Its walls are lined with book cases with books and decorative items. The comfortable double bed promises a good night's sleep to anyone. The 3m2 bathroom is equipped with a shower and a heated towel rack.

Bedroom 3 is also 12m2 and has two single beds, perfect for children, as well as a large double closet and view on a beautiful garden to the back of the building.

This 3m2 bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower head, heated towel rack and toilet.
