Short-term vacation apartment rentals at affordable rates!

Excelente ubicación en la Ile de Saint Louis, a 50 metros de la estación de metro y 300 mts de Notre Dame. Muy cómodo el departamento y todo en muy buen estado, totalmente recomendable.

The location is a win-win. The apartment is spacious and has a good deal of light which is nice. Very quiet building with no plumbing noises whatsoever. I did write to the owner that I felt she needs to give more information about how to handle the washing machine. It went on and on washing my clothes and didn't get them well spun so I must have done something wrong. Also of course there is the construction on the next door building. Though I didn't spend that much time indoors during the day, the noise prevented me from sleeping in the morning. I don't really know how that should have been handled either by the owner or ahparis. A recognition of the inconvenience would have been nice. A small reduction in the rent for the time being, like 50 euros? If I ever come back to Paris, I will re-rent this apartment.

A very well appointed peaceful apartment, in the heart of Paris. Everything is provided that you need - even some milk and coffee on arrival. Shops and restaurants are very close, and there are some lovely bars nearby. Lots of personal touches in the apartment itself, lots of maps and guide books for your own reference. We had a lovely holiday here, and hope to return next year!

Apartment was located perfectly in the city center. Once inside the courtyard, very quiet. Everything we needed. Claire was a gracious hostess and very helpful. Apartment is best for two adults and children, though not bad for three adults.

El apartamento está muy bien situado, es perfecto para una familia de 2 adultos y 2 niños, y es tal como aparece en las fotos. Estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo que se indicaba en la página. Claire fue muy amable y nos dejó café, croissants y leche para el desayuno del primer día. La zona es tranquila y segura, se puede ir andando a casi todos los sitios principales de la ciudad, y para los que están más lejos tiene transportes públicos como metro y bateau bus al lado. Sin duda lo recomiendo a cualquier persona que quiera visitar París y quiera sentirse viviendo en un sitio especial.

The apartment was clean upon our arrival, and the owner was on time to meet us as planned. She was very welcoming and helpful (e.g., offering a recommendation for a new art exhibit). She explained the function of everything we needed, and we were grateful that there were some basic items in the pantry for our cooking needs (e.g., seasoning, olive oil, coffee, etc.). The apartment was easy to find, easy to access, and is located near two excellent bakeries, Berthillon ice cream, restaurants, and some groceries/fruit shops. Even with the excellent location, it was very quiet. The compliment I can give to this apartment is that we'd rent it again on a future trip!

Couldn't ask for a better location or apartment! The Ile St Louis offers everything one needs, metro close by, supermarket over the bridge, some pretty good eateries, bakeries, shops. Claire was lovely and our arrival was easy. It was perfect for our stay, loved it!

Appartement très bien situé et très tranquille.

The apartment is quaint with basic services and fittings. The location is close to impossible to beat. In the Paris market it does represent good value. If you want something modern or upmarket you will need to pay twice as much. Claire was friendly, helpful and communicated well and in a timely fashion. The area is simply the best and that is what you have paid for.

Excelente apartamento por su ubicación,muy confortable y con detalles de decoración muy lindos. La isla es hermosa y muy tranquila,es el lugar perfecto para descansar luego de un día de recorridos a pie. Claire fue muy hospitalaria y agradable. Pasamos una semana muy feliz,con nuestros hijos,y no dudaríamos en volver a alojarnos en este lugar en nuestra próxima visita a Paris

Great location just a block from Nortre Dame and the Metro stops. Good size apartment with a double bed and two bunk bed - perfect for a family with two children. Good size apartment for central Paris. No air conditioning, but the open windows and fan worked well. Claire was very helpful during check in. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment. It has everything you could need to self cater but is also close to many restaurants. There is a patisserie around the corner for the breakfast pastries and a small supermarket in the next street. The owner was lovely and welcomed us with beautiful flowers and a nice bottle of wine. The pictures on the website are accurate. The apartment is not luxurious but it is very comfortable and clean. The wifi worked well as did the washing machine. Would recommend this apartment for couples or families. The bunk beds are not huge but our daughter (22) and her friend found them better than the youth hostel when they visited!! The only negative is the shower head was not high enough for my 6'3" husband but it could be detached as it was on a flexible hose. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an absolute perfect holiday in the perfect apartment. Loved every minute of it and will definitely stay there again on our return. Claire even kick started our holiday with beautiful freshly baked Croissants! And my daughter of 2 loved her bunk bed.

The apartment was wonderful--spacious, clean, quiet, with a well equipped kitchen. It contains comfortable seating for plotting the itinerary for the day as well as a sweet eating area. The windows face a lovely courtyard allowing for great light even in the winter. The location cannot be better. Posted on the wall is extremely useful information including wifi access, the apartment phone number (helpful when making dinner reservations), and taxi service. The shelf even includes a nice selection of Paris guide books. When we had a minor problem with a fuse, the owner, responded instantly. My flight was cancelled delaying my arrival by one day. She was completely accommodating and helpful.

My girl friend and I love the flat a lot which located in an excellent location. Thanks Claire! The warm welcome and farewell made our trip unforgettable :>

Wonderful stay in this charming, Parisian apartment. It's very comfortable, spacious,with interesting decorating touches and all the conveniences one needs. Perfect for 1,2,3 or 4 people. Great shower and the best location in Paris. Thank you, Claire.

Excellent location, we walked to almost all major attractions. The apartment is quiet, perfect for resting after a long day of exploring. Will stay there again in the future.

El departamento es muy amplio y luminoso, su ubicación es excelente. Perfectamente equipado. Nos recibieron con una exquisita botella de vino. Muy cerca de todos los lugares de interés, muy próximo al metro, por lo tanto fácil para moverse por todo París. Si volvemos a París, seguramente nos gustaría volver a este mismo lugar en la Isla St. Louis. Nos sentimos como en casa. Se lo recomiendo a todas las personas que disfrutan de un lugar donde la estancia es muy tranquila.
