The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the historic Marais on the rue Charles V in a 18th century building equipped with a digital code and intercom system, the studio was renovated in 2011 and sleeps 4. The living room of 20 m2 is illuminated by a double glazed window overlooking a courtyard which keeps the flat quiet and peaceful. Its floor is oak parquet, it has a very comfortable sofa bed, a table that converts from a coffee table to a dining table, and it has plenty of closets. The kitchen has a bar with high chairs, crockery and dishes.

The bathroom has a small window and is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and an electric towel rack.
Upstairs on the mezzanine are installed a double bed, an office and a shelf for storing suitcases. On the mezzanine floor the ceiling height is low and varies from 1.80 m to 0.80 m.

The Marais is known for its shops and trendy clubs. This is the heart of old Paris. The apartment is on the Right Bank of the Seine at the foot of St. Paul Village, the studio is just steps from the Seine opposite the Ile St Louis, Place des Vosges and the Place Sainte Catherine. The Hotel de Ville, La Bastille and République are close. The Pompidou Center is just 900 meters away. A few minutes walk, you can discover the Picasso Museum, Carnavalet, Cognacq Jay, Arts et Métiers, Hotel de Sully, the Maison de Victor Hugo.

If you cross the river to the Left Bank, you'll find the Arab World Institute. You're only 15 minutes from the Ile de la Cite, the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Place St. Michel, the Museum of the Middle Ages. The Grevin museum, the Louvre and Orsay are also nearby.

The apartment is located near the Saint Paul Metro station just 400 meters away on Line 1 and 300 meters from the station on Sully Morland Line 7. There are also many buses that stop only 200 meters from the apartment.
