¡Alquiler temporal de apartamentos a precios asequibles!

Apartanento pequeño pero muy bien equipado y muy coqueto. Muy bien situado (centrico, boca de metro y carrefour city). El casero Philippe muy amable y atento.

You have to clime 7 stairs in a typical France neglected stairway. But at the end of the ordeal awaits a unexpected surprise. The apartment is bright and clean. The atmosphere is very nice and feels like a real home. The room is a bit small for more than 3 people to stay, since there is no separate bedroom. The four of us enjoyed our stay there. It was nice for the kids to sleep in one room with us. The apartment is ideally located for someone who wants to discover Paris on foot or metro.

Apartamento céntrico muy bien ubicado para el transporte público, pequeño pero "muy cómodo". Estuvimos 1 mes 3 adultos sin problemas. El baño un "detalle pintoresco"(cortina). Limpio, luminoso, la calefacción excelente y seguro. Con todos los suministros básicos y más. El dueño encantador y muy servicial. La próxima seguro nos alojamos ahí.

Idéalement situe à 2mn du métro Strasbourg-St Denis, des commerces alimentaires et de nombreux petits théâtres et restaurants. A 2 rues du quartier chaud du boulevard St Denis mais sans les désagréments. Appartement typiquement parisien avec petite surface bien optimisée. Jolie déco. Propriétaire charmant. Il faut juste monter 107 marches pour accéder à ce petit nid mais ma maman (70 ans et pas sportive du tout) a survecu à 5 jours de sport intensif ! C'est donc tout fait faisable !
