Location saisonnière d'appartements à prix abordables !

Appartement confortable, agréable, très bien équipé, salle de bains un peu petite, très bonne literie (dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'alèse sur les matelas et oreillers), un peu bruyant pour la personne dormant dans le salon. Très bien situé et desservi par le métro.

Perfect fit for my needs. I loved this apartment, it was quiet and cozy. In a prime location, away from the overly populated tourist areas. I think I enjoyed the area around the apartment more than I did the tourist sides of town. Everything you could need is close and much more affordable. The apartment has all of the amenities you could possibly need. The only downside was the bathroom is beyond small, but I could live with that :-). I highly recommend this apartment (for no more than 3-4 people, you will not be disappointed.

Bien, petit mais confortable, même pour 4 personnes comme dans notre cas. La situation dans un quartier populaire nous a plu.

It was found to be satisfactory. Only some improvements needs to be taken care by owner for the provision of Air Conditioner. rest of the things were satisfactory.
Owner's comment: The apartment is located in a historically classed building. The exhaust of an air conditioner could be seen from the exterior of the building. This is against the Paris building codes. This is why we cannot install an air conditioner, and we have provided a fan in the apartment.
