This is a small studio recently refurbished with a bar, kitchenette and separate WC. The apartment is sunny and quiet with a view of the Paris rooftops. The TV offers both non-French speaking channels as well as radio. The building is a typical Haussmanien structure with a beautiful courtyard. The apartment is situated in the heart of old Paris not far from the Bastille, the Place des Vosges (Marais) and the place de la République. The Oberkampf area is known for its trendy cafés, wine bars and restaurants. The Bataclan concert hall and Cirque dHiver are just down the street and the Picasso Museum is a few blocks away. There are 3 metro stations within a few blocks (Oberkampf, Fille du Calvaire and Saint Ambroise). With these three metro stations you have direct access to the Champs Elysées, the Eiffel Tower and the Opera House. The owner speaks English, German (ein wenig) and Spanish (bastante).
