Short-term vacation apartment rentals at affordable rates!

PARFAIT! Nous qui sommes des habitués des hôtels parisiens, c'était notre première expérience de location d'appartement, et franchement nous n'avons aucun regret! Nous avons eu un accueil adorable et M. Corde (propriétaire) est tout aussi gentil et très disponible, le relationnel est vraiment impeccable. L'appartement est super. Tout petit, enfin... de taille normale pour un pied à terre parisien! Mais la déco est chouette, super bien agencé et très pratique: tout y est! Propreté irréprochable. On voit la façade de Beaubourg à 200 m de la fenêtre chambre, c'est TRES calme et pourtant en plein c?"ur de Paris: Rue commerçante typique, possibilité de faire des courses alimentaires pour 3 fois rien au Franprix devant la maison ou au Dia à 100 m. Boulangerie et traiteur dans la rue, de même que restos et café super abordables (un repas pour moins de 15 euros par personne, boissons et dessert compris, dans le coin, c'est génial!). Plein de possibilités de grignoter pour beaucoup moins cher. Quartier très vivant, idéal pour le shopping et la culture. Commerçants super sympa. Bref: idéal pour un séjour à 2, je vous le recommande chaudement!

Very nice apartment - great location, many restaurants around. The apartment is really in the centre of the city, but it was not noisy. It was very quiet, good for sleeping.

El apartamento está muy bien para dos personas con todo lo necesario como lavavajillas, lava y secaropas, microondas, nespresso, heladera y freezer, etc. Muy bien ubicado y mucha puntualidad en el check in. Además nos permitió quedarnos hasta las 16:30 el día del check out, siendo que debíamos dejar el apartamento a las 10 hs. Thierry, el propietario nos envió un mail con todos los restaurantes de la zona, supermercados, etc. La verdad que le estamos muy agradecidos. Para nosotros el único inconveniente fue que la cama no era muy cómoda, pero nada serio que no se pueda mejorar.

Nice apartment - great location, many restaurants around

Location of apartment was fantastic. Close to patisseries, food, fishmongers, grog shops and restaurants. Apartment small but had everything we needed and being small not a problem as we were out each day, after all we were in Paris! The only negative was the bed and the lack of room around it.

Location excellent with metro,restaurants,shops and supermarket on your doorstep.The street is being upgraded with lots of dust but once completed you will again get the Paris feeling the moment you walk out the front door.Had a problem with the shower that was sorted out by SMS.The street light is a problem and one has to cover the window at night.Enjoyed our stay.

appartamento molto carino completo veramente di tutto - il divano letto è comodissimo e a 20 metri dal centro Pompidou. Si raqgiunge a piedi Notre Dame - il Louvre , Hotel de la Ville. Consigliatissimo

The apartment is very well located, just one block from the metro station. There are many restaurants, cafes, bakeries and supermarkets all around. It is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the internet is free.

great location - good places to eat and explore in the vicinity. extra bonus - the metro is round the corner. We were not in the apartment much so did not use washing machine or other appliances. just a bed. we did have to use bedcovers to cover window as there is a street light outside the window. you can also hear noise easily from outside.

The location of the apartment was terrific. Convenient to Metro, major tourist attractions and a lively interesting neighborhood. There were some problems with the apartment itself that were beyond the owner's control. The washing machine was broken and a repairman was unavailable. The building was being refurbished and I had to contend with scaffolding, workmen and constant noise. There is a street light directly outside one of the windows and the shade does not block out the light, thus the apartment was bright as day at night. I had to hang a bedcover over the window to sleep. Finally, the owner's policy of having guests do the cleaning themselves is questionable. I found dirty cleaning cloths on the shower floor and it is doubtful that the sheets and towels had been washed.
Owner's reply: The towels and sheets are obviously cleaned between each rental. There is also an extra set of clean linen available in the dresser. The cleaning cloths are not rags, but an Italian style mop to clean any spill from the shower.
Concerning the washer, a recent storm caused an electrical failure. I pointed this out to the renter and proposed a solution, but the renter never contacted me. The machine was repaired after her departure.
The courtyard side of the building underwent renovation during her stay, but only in the afternoons. It was finished in mid-November. The building now looks better than ever.
The shades are traditional Parisian shades made of wood which allow a little light to enter. They are mandated by zoning codes and cannot be removed. We'll try to add interior shades for 2014 to block out the light at night.
The windows are double-paned and installed in 2008. They block out most of the noise. Unfortunately, if clients from a local bar start shouting in the streets at night, it won't block out all of the noise.

El apartamento está localizado en pleno centro de París. Puedes visitar todos los puntos más destacados de Paris sin apenas usar el metro, ya que la localización es excepcional. El apartamento no es excesivamente grande pero cuenta con todo lo que puedes necesitar: cocina completa (lavavajillas, lavadora, fregadero, cafetera, nevera y todo tipo de utensilios) una sala (con un sofa cama, televisión por cable y conexión a internet (Wifi), un armario y aspiradora, tabla de planchar y un pequeño sofá individual) y baño con ducha. El apartamento está muy limpio y ordenado, esta decorado bastante moderno y bien cuidado. Tiene una ventana que da a una calle peatonal en la que hay muy poco tráfico y un par de restaurantes. Si tuviera que remarcar algo, no negativo, sino a tener en cuenta, es que en fin de semana hay bastante ruido en el vecindario y que por las noches se escucha bastante la actividad de los restaurantes justo debajo del apartamento. Por lo demás todo sobresaliente. Recomendable 100%.
