In general, very comfortable apartment. Clean for most part, though the larger bathroom could have been a bit less cluttered in corners. The tiles in the kitchen and bathroom may need some repair in the future, though during this renter's stay, they do not pose a problem. Very pleasant concierge and neighbors. Apartment is conveniently located in central neighborhood of Paris--excellent access to groceries, cafes, cyber-cube internet center(s), entertainment, bookstores and other shops, and universities, libraries and other resources. Excellent access to nearby bus and train transportation. Apartment is on third floor of building, and faces an inner courtyard which is very quiet. Occasionally, a distant sound of the Metro could be heard--this latter, however, was muffled and not a problem for this renter, though a "light" sleeper who rents this apartment might wish to bring earplugs. Very useful basic supplies provided for use on arrival (e.g. toiletries, coffee, kitchen crockery and some soap and cleaning supplies)--much appreciated by this renter. Washing machine provided in apartment; stand for hanging laundry provided. In general, very pleasant stay here.
