Short-term vacation apartment rentals at affordable rates!

This is the third time I have stayed at this apartment in the last few years. It is an excellent place to stay in Paris and I plan to use it again during a future visit. It is well located and quiet. The WiFi worked well. The apartment was clean and well equipped.

Très agréable, bien équipé et bien situé

The apartment is roomy for Paris and in a lovely area. The pod coffee maker worked once we found pods in the nearby market. The dishwasher was small and we found it just as easy to wash up a few things. Having soap and more kitchen linen would have helped. We never figured the TV but had little time for it. The neighbors in the apartment complex were friendly and helpful. We found a very good market about a block away and many good restaurants. There is a great open market a few blocks away for take-out food and fruits and vegetables. We found it an easy walk to Notre Dame and also to the metro. I would warn people that coming by metro from the airport means lugging your suitcases up and down stairs. Consider another way into the city. Another thing is the apartment is not numbered so it was a little difficult finding the person we were to meet.

The apartment was great for the 10 days of stay in Paris. Secure entrance - code locked door to the frontyard and another code locked door to the staircase. Did not have any problems with the elevator. Spacious. Appliances were good. A small concern that there were no leftover food (sugar, salt) from previous renters.

Appartement bien situé dans Paris et tranquille, même s'il est sur une passante. Propre et avec de grandes fenêtres.

Appartement confortable, bien équipée et bien située, à proximité de deux bouches de métro. Seule réserve: l'absence d'oreillers pour le canapé.

l appartement est tres agreable tres calme il manquait seulement un grille pain qui m a ete fourni dans l heure par ludovic qui c est formidablement occupe de moi je suis tres heureux d avoir passe 10 jours dans appt pour ne rien vous cacher normalement je luoais dans le meme quartier lors de mes deplacements a paris je pense faire appel a vous lors de mon prochain sejour parisien . appartement propre pratique calme et fonctionnel bravo et a tres vite j espere Christian Morga au fait pb d ascenceur !!!!

Appartement lumineux, spacieux, calme, très design et en parfait état. Très bien équipé, propre. Juste un probleme d'ascenceur dans l'immeuble

I definitely got my money's worth. Convenient location, quiet courtyard and decently equipped appartment. I have nothing new to add to the previous comments (which I couldn't agree more with!), but to repeat one and only major issue: the pillows are disgusting, worse than at the cheapest student hostels. It is now a good hygiene issue. Please, they are only 10-15 Euros at the Ikea!Also, they had only 3 of those stinky, smudgy and shapeless objects, and to remind, the place can accomodate up to 4 people. Other than that, we all had the wonderful stay and I would consider coming back to the same place.

We loved the appartment and it's location. But new linning and pillows are necessary. We would racomand it to friends. Wi fi worked very well. We will be back.

This apartment always seems to be clean and in good condition. I especially appreciate its quietness. I have learned to live with the idiosyncratic elevator that sometimes stops mid floor. The bath toilet seat needed some shoring up. The apartment still could use a toaster and a regular coffee maker - a small investment that would please many guests. I did purchase a new pillow and case (which I left), because all of the ones there were quite flat. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Suitable for a young family. Spacious and good living/kitchen areas. Bathroom small but good in design and user friendly. Apartment quiet, even at New Years Eve time. Clean throughout.

Tres bien. Tres bonne localisation, quartier agreable et appartement tres calme. Seul point negatif, l'ascenceur est "capricieux" (arret entre 2 etages).

This is the second time I have stayed in this apartment. It is a clean, quiet, well-equipped apartment in a great location. A couple of the minor issues (TV cable and door lock)had been fixed since my last visit and were working fine. The elevator still was a bit erratic, but not a problem. Ludovic again was very helpful.

Nicely furnished apartment, easy access, handy to metro. Enjoyed a week here with no complaints. The erratic elevator did not bother us much... We would have appreciated a toaster for a light breakfast... We left some travel brochures for the next guests as there were none in the apartment. Also not sure how the microwave worked - no instructions. Same for the dishwasher but it managed to get through they cycle.

Great apartment. It was clean and spacious. It is very well located. Ludovic was very helpful. He came right over when I had a problem with the door lock and got it fixed right away. The WiFi was great. Some of the minor things noted in previous reviews about the TV and elevator were still present, but they were not an issue for me. I would definitely stay here again in future visits to Paris.

The apartment was fantastic. Very spacious - large lounge area and more than adequately large bedroom. It was tastefully furnished. It was also blissfully quiet. The location of the apartment was great. It was super close to Gare du Nord - which was perfect for us as we came via Eurostar. It's also very close to a number of metro stations. There were plenty of restaurants close to the apartment and many attractions within walking distance. On the downside, the lift wasn't great - stopping between floors.

Good location; apartment well appointed, very clean - overall, just what we wanted. The lift was occasionally unreliable as it stopped between floors but we learned how to deal with that!

The apartment was roomy and quiet with all the amenities. A good alternative to a hotel. The floors and bathroom could have been cleaner. Close to restaurants, shops, and Metro. The rep, although late in arriving, was very helpful. The pull-out sofa was comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends.

The apartment was clean and located in a great section of town. The owner would do well to spend a few dollars on some small items like a new pan. The TV works, but gets no reception. The rep who met us at the apartment attempted to get it to work without success. Overall, the apartment is good, but the owner can´t skimp and expect to be part of your service. Apartment had not been completely cleaned (sheets and blankets). The rep cleaned up just before we got there. One of the extra blankets (which my son had to use) was obviously dirty from repeated prior use. Overall, though, the rep was very pleasant and willing to help.

We stayed there for 3 days during the month of May 2009. The apartment is clean, sufficient, and contemporary. Good location although the nearest Metro station was closed for repair. Only 4 star (still good) instead of 5 (excellent) because some of the minor issues. My first concern is that the wireless internet connection only allows one computer connection at a time, and we had 2 laptops. I hope the owner fixes the problem and allows more users at one time. The bigger issue is that door lock is very hard to open, but I was told by my local cousin that the door lock was made that way in Paris. The last issue is that elevator in the building is old, very small, and very slow. Sometimes doesn't stop at the floor you requested because someone at the floor you requested pulls the outer door too quickly, so the elevator just keeps going up and down! A bit scary at first but after a while we knew how to ride the elevator!

Appartement bien équipé (un grille-pain serait un plus ...), fonctionnel et avec une vraie chambre. Et surtout appartement calme !

Appartement tres agréable , bien décoré ,tres bien équipé et calme ce qui est tres appréciable en plein centre de Paris....Parfait pour un sejour en famille

As our flight was severely delayed we did not arrive at the appartment until 12.30am but Ludovic was there to meet us (we had telephoned to let him know)and he was just delightful. Despite the late hour he took time to give us advice on where to go and see and some restraunts to try. After a very long day it was lovely to get such a friendly welcome to Paris. The apartment was lovely and warm and was exactly as described on the website. It is very accessible to restraunts, shops, transport and tourist sites but also very quiet for sleeping. We will certainly recommend to our friends and hopefully if we get back to Paris in a couple of years would use again. Just a note to owner - the bottom fitted sheet provided did not fit the sofa bed and a toaster would have been good as we are coeliacs and unfortunately could not partake in your wonderful french bread and pastries.

We were thrilled with the apartment. Spacious and quiet with all required amenities. It was very close to transport and supermarket and within walking distance to the Seine. I would not hesitate recommending this apartment to friends & relatives and in fact have done so.

The Apartment was nice and all the required amenities are available. One who wants to stay in paris for long or short suits this apartment. It would be nice to have another set of blankets as the one available in the apartment are little stinky and smelling. Apart from that small problem everything in the apartment was nice.

Good apartment in a great location, very convenient with a supermarket, 3 metro stations and lots of cafes nearby. The Marais district is great and isn't full of tourists.

By the far the best that I have stayed in out of all of your apartments (and I've stayed in many). WiFi worked easily, the flat was perfect in terms of decor and amenities, location was super etc. Our new favourite spot.

Great location, modern, clean and stylish. Bed in the bedroom could do with a new mattress! My teenage sons were more than comfortable on the sofa bed. Perhaps a list of recommended places to buy groceries, restaurants etc? Would certainly recommend. (Note from owner: the mattresses were bought in 2007)

Well-lit, modern, with all the comforts one might expect. It is also very quiet for a Paris apartment. I will definitely return. And yes, as noted by others, why is there not a cafetiere?

Fantastic apartment. Clean, stylish and comfortable. Well kitted out for cooking and eating. Nice and quiet as well. The real star however, is the neighbourhood. The Temple Park area of the Marais District is an absolute gem with great parks, cafes, shops and markets. And not too many tourists, unlike other neighbourhoods! Wonderful, efficient service by Ludovic and Michel. The apartment was very clean and ready for us upon arrival. Ludovic knew we were leaving early at the end of our stay so organised the taxi for us before saying goodbye. We were very impressed.

The apartment was very well located and in an excellent state. As a family of four the apartment felt spacious and indeed very practical.

I agree with the previous comment that a cafetiere would have been useful, as would instructions on how to use the microwave but these are minor points and I would recommend this apartment.

The appartment was stylish, clean and comfortable with everything provided. The only minor detail was that the wardrobe shelves and drawers were not clean but we didn't use them anyway on our short trip. There was a pod style coffee machine but a simple cafetiere would be a useful addition. The beds were very comfortable, the location central and quiet. I would be very happy to rent this appartment again and recommend it to others.
