I was met in the apartment with the keys at the time specified. I was met in the apartment with the deposit promptly as specified as well. There was no a problem at all in this aspect of my stay. Richard was very pleasent and personable. My nervousness about renting an apartment for the first time in Paris was allayed. My only problem was that the apartment was not available for a longer period of my stay, and I had to move to a hotel. |

The security deposit is a overdone and not efficient.
It;'s a lot of money (€ 500,-) to carry in Paris and why not simply make a creditcardcheck with signature and deleting it after everything has been settled afterwords. Here (Utrecht) it's being done that way everywhere. |

We could rent the apartment in a very short time and everything, although our suspicions, was exactly like the instructions provided. Our only complaints is that we didn't understood why to pay 500 earo for deposit and it's way too much. |

Your services were excellent. The only slight problem was that we arrived 30 minutes early, and had to stand around in the bare chair-less building foyer until your man came down - since we did not know which apartment bell to ring. Also we were told that we could make free local phone calls using the phone in the studio - but this did not work (verrouillé?), so we had to buy a phone card. Still the studio description says 'no phone', so we cannot complain! |

Une réponse très rapide aux e-mail, un appartement strictement conforme à la description un jeune homme charmant à l'arrrivée (désolée j'ai oublié son prénom!),une caution remboursée très rapidement tout à fonctionné à merveille, bien que le site soit très utilisé par des voyageurs anglo-saxons je ne saurais qu'encourager les voyageurs français à faire de même ! Note maximum aussi!

Communication with Ah Paris (John Fay) prior to the trip was clear - leaving us in no doubt as to what we were to receive.
Jean-Michel was outstanding in terms of his endeavours to arrange a working TV.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Ah Paris to others as a totally professional company. For us, the apartment was a much better option than a hotel. |

Rendez-vous respectés par vos employés courtois. L'appartement devrait être davantage nettoyé (garde-manger, le grand miroir...). Dans la cuisine, il serait bien d'ajouter 1 ou 2 bons couteaux ainsi qu'un ouvre-boîte. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

AH Paris has a very professional service, while taking a good care of the customer's needs and replying to emails promptly. I immidiately liked their website first time I saw it, and felt that it is very reliable and safe and professional. I made no mistake so I will always choose them again for my full Paris enjoyment!
