Jean-Michel was nothing less than stellar! We certainly appreciated his flexibility and sensitivity: he was very generous with tourist advice, personal assistance and constant availability. Futhermore, he was friendly and kind - and even funny. AhParis was equally excellent: immediate emails, comprehensive and accurate instructions, directions, contact info., etc. and easy to understand contracts, rules, payment process, etc. Merci AhParis - and Jean-Michel! |

Excellent service, very quick responses (in seconds!) and clear instructions for booking and arrival. The agent was waiting for us exactly as it had been set maybe even earlier. He showed us round the room and gave some good hints. Highly recommended. |

Service provided by Ah Paris was excellent. Very quick responses to e-mail queries and very easy to follow steps on web site. Will definitely recommend to friends interested in using an apartment when travelling to Paris.
The only problem I had was the code given to me to enter the building was wrong.
Otherwise everything was great. I look forward to dealing with you again in the future. |

Excellent value for money, very easy to choose an apartment and book. Lots to choose from and good descriptions and photos of each apartment. Friendly and reliable contact at Ah Paris and also friendly landlord. Couldnt believe how easy it was to book an apartment. |

Jean-Michel was an excellent representative and went out of his way to ensure all was in good order.
when I requested a new kettle and some wine glasses, they were provided within 24 hrs without complaint.
Also the bed and bathroom light needed repair and he organised that efficiently with his team of workers.
He was polite, helpful, informative and very friendly.
I enjoyed my stay in Paris immensely and look forward to retruning. |

Very prompt replys to all my requests. I did feel like some of my questions weren't answered - now that I have had my stay I realise they were slightly silly questions i.e. is there a boulangerie nearby? (5 actually) but as a first timer you have no idea.
otherwise it was all made very easy and I would be happy to use Ah Paris! again.

While Eric was very friendly, the mix up with meeting times was a real blight on the service of Ah Paris. We filled in the online forms indicating our meeting time to get the key. Eric got the time wrong so we ended up having to wait outside for two hours in the cold. We were very disappointed and found it very stressful trying to get access to a phone to get information about what was happening and why nobody was there to meet us. |

Ah Paris was really perfect during this whole process. I had an unusual travel situation and had to modify my dates twice after I already reserved the apartment. They were helpful, kind and very prompt during the entire matter. Next time I am in Paris, I will definitely use Ah Paris to rent. |

Ah Paris was incredibly buttoned down. The email correspondence and the easy use of the site made this a pleasurable transaction.
I was met exactly when I was told someone would be there to greet me at the apartment. Everything was explained clearly.
One thought- allow the full price to be paid in advance as presenting that much cash was awkward.
Overall, I would and will recommend this service to anyone visiting Paris. I have rented apartments about 15 times over the last 9 years and this service is in the highest category. |

I was very happy with the bookings process and general organization. One small point would be the design of the map print-out you send. The address of the office is too close to the address of the flat. This caused our taxi driver to take us to the office rather than the apartment. It wasn't fun looking for a second edtaxi on a cold night at 11 p.m. after a long trip. |
