the people from AhParis were very nice. when we arrived no one was in the appartment, so I called and was told that key is under the mat, and after 10 minutes a rep arrived and was very kind and helpful. we were also allowed to check out late (our flight was in late evening), which helped us a lot and was very much apreciated. |

Pierre, un délégué d'Ah Paris, nous a accueilli le 1er jour et le dernier. Un homme très gentil et serviable. Il nous a conseillé et orienté pour notre séjour à Paris.
Les contacts avec l'agence par internet sont faciles et les réponses rapides.
Nous recommandons Ah Paris sans hésiter.

Great service. Very easy process to select and book the apartment, although did I have issues with trying to pay the security deposit by credit card as New Zealand's Visa and Mastercard had black-listed the site as insecure - even though I was able to pay the initial deposit with my card. However everything else was great - very clear instructions on how to get all the way from the airport to the apartment.Great information about Paris in general. Would use the site again. |

As Eric was on holidays, we were met promptly by Jean-Michel who was very friendly and professional.
His English was faultless.
When we departed he was also very prompt.
Getting an email soon after departure to confirm security deposit cancellation was appreciated.

Very prompt emailing about availability, then automatic e-mails after each step in booking and paying. The agent who received us was very accommodating, when we changed slightly the arrival time.

Booking was very uncomplicated. Description of apartment was accurate, although it is better and bigger in reality. Even though I had to alter my dates, it was no hassle. Payment wes straight forward. Instructions on how to get to the apartment were very easy to follow. Professional, all round. |

Service was excellent! We have arrived late (01:00 AM)and I was afraid I will have to wait for the keys but Pierre expected us and was very friendly. Information provided in advance was accurate and helpfull and the staff was all the way friendly helpfull. |

The service provided by Ah Paris was impeccable. All correspondence on-line was courteous, timely and professional. We met with Eric at the apartment precisely at the time that we had pre-established with him. He was a kind and courteous fellow, who offered us thorough yet concise information about the apartment and the surrounding area.
We will without a doubt rent from Ah Paris again in the future, but we will probably not stay at this particular place next time. |

Initially we were bit nervous about the apartment rental as this was new for us. We were highly impressed with the apartment and with Irena? who welcomed us. Irena and expressed that the tv was not working properly when we arrived but that it would be fixed by the afternoon. When we returned later it was fine. Irena gave us some tourist information and was nearby when we had to ask for assistance getting the interent up and running. She was one of the nicest people we met in Paris. As our train left for London later on, we were to check out at 12pm. There was no one using the rental on the day we were to leave. She offerred for us to leave our luggage and "Check out"
later. This was very generous and we appreciated it. What a great experience for our family, Thank You ! |

Accueil sur place courtois et à l'heure prévue. Correspondance par messagerie efficace. On peut simplement reprocher des approximations dans la traduction d'anglais vers français, et des caractères remplacés par des symboles, mais cela pénalise peu la lecture. La prochaine fois on commencera par reprendre contact avec Ah Paris : c'est plutôt bon signe ... Merci vous avez largement participé à la réussite de notre séjour. |
