Quite a long process involved in reserving the apartment, ?500 deposit was quite high. This was understandable given that there is no rental insurance although it was a lot of excess money to bring along
We were met at the apartment and shown through by a very lovely young man named OLIVER. who was also excellent in English (speaking). Were given tips on places to go and recommendations for restaurants outside of the neighbourhood plus a variety of brochures and maps were available at the apartment. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Okay. We were met on time because we kept in contact. Slow response when sending messages while there. The apartment was satisfactory clean but could be better but again comparable to Paris in general. No real complaints.

We were welcomed at the apartment after we'd called through an hour earlier from the Eurostar. Directions to reach the apartment were clear, as were instructions in all emails. We also received a friendly welcome.

Ah Paris were great, we were an hour late due to traffic, our host waited for us all really well handled. A good orientation around the apartment was useful too. I'd definitely use the company and the apartment again.

1) Anyone in the apartment rental business should provide one key per occupant without making a fuss about it. If French regulations make this difficult, do it anyway. Ah Paris should require enough keys from the owner as a prerequisite to offering the property for rent. 2) We feel that any supply not ordinarily carried in luggage should be provided: towels & linen, toilet paper, laundry detergent, cleaning products, salt, pepper, etc. Not all of these were in sufficient supply. 3) We appreciate your ordering the car to the airport.

Tom and John help us to get our suitcases from AirFrance, Tom explained us about everything around the apartment. we enjoy our stay at this apartment and wee will recommend to everyone who want to visit in Paris.
All communications with AH Paris by email were timely and had no issues there. The only issue we had was that the phone number provided for our contact on arrival (Guillaume) was incorrect - apparently an old number. Thankfully someone at the alternate number answered and was able to let him know we had arrived.

I received 2 emails with conflicting information about who to contact regarding our arrival - was not an issue in the end as the second person I rang answered the phone and was there to meet us at the apartment.
