Olivier Migette, who met us at the entrance to the site, explained the layout and the facilities of the apartment to us in a charming and very clear manner, making sure that we had his contact number in case we encountered any problems. He was also punctual when arriving to check the condition of the apartment at the time of our departure. From the time of my original reservation of the apartment in October, 2012 until our departure, it has again been a pleasure (as in 2009 and 2011) to deal with Ah Paris and I have been able to recommend your agency to my nephew, who then rented an apartment through you in September, 2011.

The service was wonderful - Romain was right on time and very helpful (at 7am on a Sunday morning!), and even called us a taxi for the airport . Even with the additional cost associated with using a credit card, I was pleased with the convenience of not having to use cash to make final payment. We will definitely use Ah Paris again.

Ah Paris made it very easy to secure an apartment from a wide array of choices, pay the deposit, and make the security deposit online with a credit card--an important factor since we did not want to be saddled with a large amount of (foreign) cash as we were leaving the country.

I particularly appreciated the directions concerning travel to the apartment from the airport and the contact information.
