The service provided by the AhParis staff (in particular Romain) were very good and much appreciated. The details about the apartment and local information was very useful in helping us find out more about Paris. They were also very accommodating in providing us with options to pay for the apartment in advance.

Having searched many websites, we decided to use an agency (many of the sites we searched had far too many false offers). We are glad we opted for AhParis!, their services were excellent - swift and to the point. Would definitely recommend them!

Ah Paris! is a fantastic service with great people. I had problems using my Canadian credit card with their online banking, but once we arrived in France we were able to use it to pay down the damage deposit without any issues. Their communciation was excellent, there were no problems, and they fully refunded our damage deposit. I would be happy to use Ah Paris! again and recommend it to others. Thank you!

Although we had trouble communicating with the contact person from the train station, "get a phone card". We were met and given all the instructions we needed. I would stay here again and renting from this agency was very easy and accomodating.

Ah Paris was very responsive - there was a mix up with the contact phone number, and Ah Paris followed up for us so that everything worked out. The initial apartment reservation and confirmation process worked very smoothly.

No problems with Ah Paris - details of the rental area is accurate excepting that you should warn guests that they require to leave an extra Euro 15 for the washing of towels and linen before they leave. Most guests will not have time to do washing before departing unless they leave late in the day.

Booking through Ah Paris was simple with payment and deposit via electronic banking. My emails were responded to quickly and our meeting time with Olivier when checking in and out was as agreed. We would happily use the services of Ah Paris again.

Ah Paris came recommended to us so we decided NOT to take a chance on any other site. Although the order of the steps that we needed to take once we booked our place were a bit unclear and a little confusing, we figured it out eventually and everything else went as planned. Directions to the apartment were clear and easy to follow and we were met by the owner in a timely manner. There were no "surprises" or added expenses and the owner was gracious in explaining the use of items in the apartment and leaving us with his contact info should we have any problems. We would use Ah Paris again and would recommend it to others.
